I think I can say that the Complaint and Data Teams are both aware of that and that's because we still try to work best on concrete complaints and situations that directly affect the Safety Indexes. The players you mentioned have certainly submitted complaints to help us gain insight into how to effectively address any issues with casinos while maintaining open communication and cooperation. From my position, I can say that I understand what you're saying.However, I expect you to be unaware of this. The main thing is to ensure at least some communication with the casino so we can resolve player complaints.

We must determine the appropriate reduction in the Safety Index, based on evaluated facts, and clearly communicate this to the casino. Claiming that "your department has investigated too many players" may not be the best approach. besides the whole evaluation depends on communication with the casino.

Such situations, in my opinion, show how much the Safety Index relies on data and proven facts and, on the contrary, how it does not conclude user experiences.

I agree that, from the player's point of view, it is not very convincing, but not every complaint is the same, and unless they are all at a certain stage, we just can't punish the casino without having something in our hands.

I see you're aware of situation, and do have some doubts. I would like your data team were also just a little interested in providing your customers reliable and trustworthy information. Hope they will finally realize and understand that criterias taken 9-10 years ago sometimes needed to be upgraded to stay up to date and give true information to your customers.

Casinoguru is destroying any reputation they had.


By giving high ratings to full out rogue casinos is absolutely shocking behavior and now we have all been robbed by this group.


Every other affiliate website rates these types of casinos between 1-4.9. 4.9 if they do pay..delayed but pay. 1 if rogue and dont pay. 7 and above is for casinos that show a huge trust index, pay quickly, very active reps and no issues.


This website, forum and the internet is littered with hundreds of complaints.


What does casinoguru do? Give them an above 9 rating.


While casinoguru does help get players played when they can, they cause their own problems by giving untrusted sketchy casino huge massive safety ratings.
