thanks. after 2 week of waiting they just throw money back in my casino acc w/o anyone explainig why 😀
bty im verifyed there 😀 this casino.. idk if only i read some before all those deposits i have made there 😀 generaly wasted somwhere between 2k-3k euros and a lot of time 😀 trying one more time to withdrawal, if not secsesful then
playing down balance and asking them to delete my acc...

I would try to make a withdrawal again as you say and if the situation is repeating again and money didn't come within 14 days then I recommend you to submit a complaint here on our website. We allow casinos 14 full days to proceed with the KYC and the withdrawal. There you can describe the situation with all details. Some of our complaint team representatives will take care of you. Complaint is simply the best way to approach it, as it gives room for comparing evidence and possible debate with the casino. Complaint is not a bad thing and it is good to be used. That might work then.🤞

Fiz um saque via pix e ainda não caiu hoje fazem nove dias já fiz outros saques e deram certo porém esse não caiu aparece em andamento. Entrei em contato com suporte do app e não resolveram só ficam dizendo que vai cair e não resolvem nada

amigo , não é enganação por mais que demore . é preciso entender que o site tem dado varios bonus e muintos estão ganhando e pedindo levantamento . eu mesmo tenho 11 dias esperando meu levantamento cair . fico ansioso , mas também entendo o contexto que o site se encontra . importante agradecer pela oportunidade de ganhos e contexto que o cassino se encontra. estamos falando de um cassino que da muitas oportunidades sem deposito algum. gratidão amigo

What you described here only highlights the experience I have with Vulkan Vegas. I didn't hear about players who wouldn't get paid, but I've heard about plenty of cases where it took 2 or more weeks. I'm glad you finally received it and thanks for coming here to write the update 🙂
