Hi I believe I was underpaid I accidentally times the coin value on a game by 20. So 20 cents times 20 is $4 I was I did this thinking it would be 20 cents per spin. Then pressed spin that's. When I noticed my bet was $4 was shocked but excited because I rolled 5 high end symbols and then back to shock as the winnings it was showing was $8. I believe it would of been $800. Now is it the slot I played that's is responsible or the online casino I'm playing on. I'm fairly new to online gambling so I don't know how to move forward. I have contacted the casinos support now a 72;he wait for a verdict. I know a 5 of a king high end spin at $4 should be way more than $8 I want to be ready with the right information should they reply to me saying no that's correct what I was paid.

I believe they need to check your gaming history and your bets as well, so they can better understand what happened there.
Is there any chance that you have played with the bonus and there was some maximum bet stated in the bonus terms? That's what comes to my mind right now, but we surely have to wait for the casino to explain the situation.
