They just got thier payment system working after 8+ months. I started playing again, and last week they limited all redemptions to $100 per 24 hours, without notifying anyone. I voiced my opinion to thier support. Tonight, my account was locked, for no reason, with $250 left in my account.file

Hey, did you ask them if the fact that you said something towards the casino was the reason? I suppose it could be, but the form says to contact support, did you do that? The casino can close your account but then how will they pay you if you have uploaded the money fairly.

Could you also please send me the url address because I see that we don't have the casino in our database.

So it's fine if it's resolved and it was just a misunderstanding. However, you have the opportunity to withdraw the money and you have entered the withdrawal again?

I was able to redeem yes, but have decided to not use that site again after my redemption is complete. Thanks again for the help. I'll be sure to post any other issues that may happen with others.

Yes, correct. They changed thier rules a few months ago without telling any customers. Very strange rule.

Changed their tune as soon as I gave them a review w/ evidence. They tried to claim that it was "misinformation" and that they’d handle discussing with the chat rep. However, after looking- the same "rep" Tony has told multiple ppl that there were restrictions like this. So, they try to get away with it and if you complain, they hit you with reverification. Then, everything is a mistake once they see you left bad reviews. They paid me in full. But after that, nope. Not playing there again.

Cashoomos redemption is a joke the site is fair and pays well imo Ive turned a $400 deposit into as high as $5800 but ended up playing down to $4800 I can only redeem 300 a day that’s my maximum it’s awful

This casino will not give me my redemption. I'm not in violation of any terms even though that's the excuse they used. I wasn't in violation until they received my bank statements. Something they should've never asked for until everything else checked out. They claimed they gave me a refund when actually I have a pending charge where they're trying to take money from me again. And in the email they said that it was not up for any further discussion. What kind of business says that? We never had any discussions . 

Ive tried to file a complaint on this site but it won't find the casino to allow the complaint

I guess I'll start with a complaint, so choose any other casino and write in the text which one it is and your problem.

In the context of the situation you are in, I can see that you have been through verification. What was the problem with the bank statement, did the casino tell you? It's possible that they found something that might be against their terms and that's why they want to take your winnings.

I've been going back and fourth with cashoomo for the last 2 days about my verification to be able to redeem my 200$ winnings. They have made me take multiple selfies including 2 with written authenticity proof and date and me holding the paper along with my driver's license in the photo. They keep saying they want pdf bank statement fir the withdrawal bank I used, so I've submitted it about 6 or 7 times. And they are saying that they cant access the banking pdf i used so I screenshot that and sent it and now the debit card i used to purchase with is virtual so I got the statement pdf for that and circled the part showing the first 6 digits and last 4 digits of it and it shows my name and the purchase to their website but they keep coming back with all these excuses and saying they can't view the pdfs. Im verified on stake.us chumba luckyslots.us luckyhands.com realprize dara casino funzpoints global poker crown coins chanced punt and im sure I left out a few. I've never ran into these kind of problems trying to redeem my winnings. I was also pretty sure my account was already verified because I always verify my accounts before I spend my money because I know there are always snags in some casinos verification procedures and I do this beforehand to avoid longer waiting times on redemption.

May I ask if they explained the reason they cannot access the bank statement, though? Is there a need to use your password, perhaps? 🤔

That is what you should find out, I believe, and if you still feel like there is nothing more you can do, please let us know and our complaint team will try to intervene.
