Hi! I have a $2000 withdrawal balance that I initiated a withdrawal from on August 12. I still have not received any communication from raging bowl slots. I contacted my bank and they did not have any indication that there is a pending deposit or anything of the sort I don’t want to file a complaint just yet I just want to see if this is normal and if I should file a complaint, I sent an email to the cashier with no response. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Sadly, almost every casino in existence requires KYC procedures to let users withdraw, KYC procedures can also include a proof of funds requirement (a bank statement) specially when your withdrawal method is a bank transfer, when verification is enforced by a casino there is no other option besides cooperating and sharing the documents they ask for, by the moment just share the documents they are asking for, if the verification takes too long (more than 2 weeks) you should file a complaint

Thank you !! How long does it typically take after I send them my bank statement. I literally have never done this before and after all of this, I probably never will, but I will check out the document.

By personal experience in other casinos I can tell you account verification can take just a couple days or even a couple months (this tends to be an anomaly), fastest verification I went through took less than a day, while the slowest one took around 3 months, during that time your withdrawals are on hold. If it takes more than 2 weeks you should file a complaint, but let's hope that won't be neccessary, good luck!

After checking them, we can see routing number #### is not acceptable since processing only FedAch payments. We can only accept routing numbers processing both FedAch and Fedwire payments, and you can get correct routing number from your bank, without mentioning online gaming.


so how do I get my money is my own bank account will not except the money !! This is such a pain in the ass. I will probably never do this again. Lol
