This casino robbed me out of my $100,000 jackpot win, they asked me to write a review, allowed me to withdraw $4,000 and then blocked my account and said they have shut down my account due to fraud which is absolute bullshit. DO NOT PLAY THIS CASINO, even if you win they will not pay you. Thomas Dent

I mean, if you committed a fraud, why would they even pay you the 4000? We've been watching the casino for some time since we received plenty of positive reviews from the players about the casino, but many of them were marked as fake by our system.

Could you please share more details about how they asked you to write the review?

I'll be watching your complaint carefully, it really interests me, especially due to the great rating of the casino according to our website.

I got my lawyers involved on this one! I was with Joo casino for so long deposited was more than what i won and had done many withdrawals with them also. the vip manager emailed me to congratulate me on my win and asked me to write what it felt like when i won the jackpot so they could post it on the site then they let me withdraw $4000 dollars in bitcoin which i received and when i went to login next i was locked out of account and received a email saying my account was closed due to invalid data! basically saying i wasn't who i was saying i am which it total bull shit. I'm going to fight this one to end. I dont want this to happen to anyone else i still feel sick over the whole ordeal!

Dama Nv has a really bad reputation with their others casinos so I'm not suprised.

This is so strange...they treated you like a VIP, congratulated, you've been with them for a long time so I'm sure they verified you, had some relationship with you and then suddenly, they cut you off? I'd love to hear mroe about reasons from the casino, because this is really strange so far.

I've seen this kind of behaviour from casinos in past. I'm wondering if they really think that the player will say: "Alright, I won 100k, they still owe me 96k, but they say my account is closed, the decision is final so I'll just leave it as it is." - of course you won't. Even if you did something very very wrong, you should know what you did according to them.

Next steps? Just follow the complaint on our website. If it turns out that we can't help for any reason, you always have the option of contacting the licensing authority, but it's better to wait for now. I suppose our Complaints team will contact the casino regarding your case.
