Γεια σας ηθελα να κανω μια ερωτηση σχετικα με ενα προβλημα που εχω για την φορολογια κερδων online καζινο.
Αρχικα να περιγραψω το προβλημα
Επαιξα σε μια συνεδρια blackjack στο pamestoixima.gr περιπου 3 ωρες και εχασα συνολο στην συνδερια αυτη περιπου 800 ευρω.
Την επομενη ημερα μου στελνει μηνυμα ο οπαπ ,οτι η φορολογια των κερδων αυτης της συνεδριας ειναι 100 ευρω!
Για εμενα συμφωνα οπως καταλαβαινω την περιγραφη
"Σύμφωνα με τις διατάξεις του ν. 4141/13, λοιπόν, η φορολογία των παικτών θα προκύπτει κλιμακωτά και θα αφορά αποκλειστικά και μόνο καθαρά κέρδη ανά συνεδρία, σύμφωνα με τον παρακάτω πίνακα."
Φυσικα και σε αυτη τη συνεδρια σε καποιες παρτιδες blackjack κερδισα αλλα η φορολογια εφαρμοζεται μοναχα σε καθαρο κερδος στο συνολο της συνεδριας σωστα?
