Tagged elegro (nikopft) and a few other casinos/ merchants into an email today and I also added fraud teams and Swedish- Estonian and Nigerian authorities in the email. I’ve had one casino refund me £690 and elegro saying they have already refunded me in October (they haven’t at all) so I’m hoping they’ve seen who I’ve tagged in the email and decided to refund me now.
I’ve found smpaygamingstore if someone is looking for that. The person behind it is Marat Mirzabalajev, who is behind several of these "companies". Would be great if everyone reported him to the authorities in UK.

Hi Elegro is the one I’m trying get refund from they just keep saying they can’t identify me and to contact bank could I ask who you included in your email as it may help my case Tia.
