Tagged elegro (nikopft) and a few other casinos/ merchants into an email today and I also added fraud teams and Swedish- Estonian and Nigerian authorities in the email. I’ve had one casino refund me £690 and elegro saying they have already refunded me in October (they haven’t at all) so I’m hoping they’ve seen who I’ve tagged in the email and decided to refund me now.

I’ve found smpaygamingstore if someone is looking for that. The person behind it is Marat Mirzabalajev, who is behind several of these "companies". Would be great if everyone reported him to the authorities in UK.

Ffs your not going to believe this but my bank just emailed me saying they have reopened the complaint due to new information provided ! but ive just signed an NDA with Kinghills but they have still not paid me the £5000 what do I do ?

Would say the fact you have not received the 5000 yet means keep the complaint open with the bank. Surely if you receive both then the bank will just cancel 5000 worth if they chargeback

Ok im not sure to be honest ive not shown them the refund agreement yet as it was all done after the rejection of the complaint I could just send it back to the casino if the bank raises them or maybe they will do it the way you say im not sure if I should maybe tell them about it all now in saying that I bet if I stop chasing the casino they wont pay me anyway ! just got a text they are calling me within 24 hours the bank to talk about it

Hi, how did you do this? When I told my bank(virgin money) about finnart and ARTSTRID.com they said because they’re gambling payments they can’t do anything, despite me explaining to them about the payments going to a different merchant name compared to the casino.
