Um problema intenso foi apresentado a partir do final de dezembro relativamente ao desempenho dos prémios (dinheiro sem requisitos de aposta), dos programas de recompensas do fornecedor Pragmatic Play, que o casino também exibiu na sua página de ofertas/torneios.
Os programas foram:
Drops & Wins que incluíram o primeiro prêmio diário e o segundo torneio diário do Game Show
Greek Sweet Tour, que continha drops de prêmios - quantias em dinheiro como os Daily Prize Drops e um prêmio extra de € 100 se dentro de um ciclo semanal você obtivesse um trio de palavras através de seus drops.
Os programas decorreram paralelamente no mesmo jogo ou jogos de participação.
Tudo começou no dia 27/12/2023 quando comecei a jogar principalmente em um determinado Game Show no Live Casino.
Através de outras empresas tive a experiência de que os prêmios do Daily Game Show Tournament (20h00-19h59) eram creditados na conta às 20h29 todos os dias.
Quanto aos lançamentos, os valores correspondentes foram adicionados diretamente ao saldo.
No entanto, as formas específicas de creditação dos prémios não se aplicavam ao n1casino. Algo que percebi mais tarde...
Portanto não tendo sido creditado o prêmio do Torneio Daily Game Show que terminou no dia 27/12, no dia seguinte entrei em contato com o suporte, enviando screenshots relevantes. O que fiz também para o novo prêmio do Torneio Daily Game Show que terminou no dia 28/12.
Os dois em particular foram creditados pela empresa, creio que nos dias 28/12 e 29/12, que então "declarou suspensão de pagamentos" enquanto nas minhas constantes comunicações as respostas eram: foi encaminhado, tenha paciência.
Enquanto isso, eu ganhava prêmios diários nos torneios do Daily Game Show de 29/12/2023 a 04/01/2024. Aí fiz uma reclamação oficial no formulário da empresa.
Um crédito de € 150 "Your gift from Pragmatic" foi emitido relativamente imediatamente. Um montante que não correspondia a nenhuma ordem lógica e que não cobria a totalidade das recompensas obtidas. Através de email e comprovativo, fui finalmente creditado com um valor adicional de 370€.
Então, posso dizer que com uma consequência a empresa creditou os prêmios dos Torneios Daily Game Show. Embora a forma como isso foi feito fosse inaceitável: eu recebia um e-mail dizendo "Seu presente da Pragmatic", sem mencionar o valor, nem a qual programa de recompensa correspondia. Entretanto, na plataforma n1casino não existe histórico e a capacidade de monitorizar o movimento do saldo e das transações. Às vezes através do suporte Live Chat apenas fui informado sobre o valor do crédito e o momento exato da sua realização. Sem mais informações, além do "Torneio de Um Dia"!!!???
Pelas informações de que disponho, concluí que só fui creditado com prêmios dos torneios do Daily Game Show e nenhum dos outros 2 programas.
Às perguntas que lhes fiz e às provas que lhes dei responderam que recebi todos os prémios da Pragmatic e/ou para ter paciência.
No dia 02/02/2024 apresentei reclamação à EEEP tendo enviado um volume de recibos nos valores de 25€, 135€, 35€ e 90€.
Ao mesmo tempo, solicitei que a empresa entregasse uma lista detalhada dos créditos dos prêmios, para que eu pudesse verificar se todos os prêmios dos Torneios Diários do Game Show foram creditados.
Também solicitei que ele apresentasse evidências de Jogo Pragmático para todo o período de 27/12/2023 a 02/02/2024, onde fui um potencial ganhador de prêmios do tipo rolo, que eram de natureza aleatória e particularmente difíceis de registrar evidências de , especialmente antes de 14/01/2024, eu era bastante ingênuo sobre a operação e a confiabilidade do n1casino neste particular.

Σχετικά άμεσα προέκυψε μια πίστωση "Το δώρο σας από την Pragmatic" ποσού 150€. Ποσό που δεν αντιστοιχούσε σε κάποια λογική σειρά και το οποίο δεν κάλυπτε το σύνολο των αποκτημένων επάθλων. Μέσω email και αποδεικτικών τελικά μου πιστώθηκε επιπλέον ποσό των 370€.
Κατόπιν, μπορώ να πω, πως με μία συνέπεια η εταιρεία πίστωνε έπαθλα από τα Daily Game Show Tournaments. Αν και το τρόπος με τον οποίο γίνονταν αυτό ήταν απαράδεκτος: λάμβανα ένα email που έλεγε "Το δώρο σας από την Pragmatic", χωρίς να αναφέρει το ύψος του ποσού, ούτε σε ποιο πρόγραμμα επιβράβευσης αντιστοιχούσε. Στα ερωτήματα που τους έθετα και τα αποδεικτικά που τους παρείχα απαντούσαν πως έχω λάβει όλα τα έπαθλα από την Pragmatic ή/και να κάνω υπομονή.
Στις 2/2/2024 έκανα καταγγελία στην Ε.Ε.Ε.Π. έχοντας στείλει όγκο αποδεικτικών για ποσά 25€, 135€, 35€ και 90€.
Παράλληλα ζήτησα να παραδώσει η εταιρεία αναλυτική λίστα των πιστώσεων επάθλων, για να μπορέσω να διασταυρώνω αν έχει πιστωθεί το σύνολο των επάθλων από τα Daily Game Show Tournaments,
Επίσης ζήτησα να παρουσιάσει στοιχεία της Pragmatic Play για όλο το διάστημα από 27/12/2023 έως 2/2/2024 όπου ήμουν δυνητικός λήπτης επάθλων τύπου ρίψεων, που η φύση τους ήταν τυχαίας απονομής και ιδιαίτερα δύσκολη η καταγραφή αποδεικτικών, όταν μάλιστα πριν τις 14/1/2024 ήμουν αρκετά αφελής σε ό,τι αφορούσε τη λειτουργεία και αξιοπιστία του n1casino στο συγκεκριμένο.
Υστερόγραφο: υπήρχε ακόμη μία εταιρεία στην Ελλάδα που στα συγκεκριμένα προγράμματα δεν είχε ενεργή/επιτρεπτή την άμεση ή/και αυτοματοποιημένη πίστωση. Είναι εντυπωσιακό πάντως το γεγονός, πως σε πληθώρα επικοινωνιών και αποδεικτικών, όχι απλά δε φρόντισε να διορθώσει την όποια δυσλειτουργία παρακολούθησης των προγραμμάτων επιβράβευσης, αλλά με κατηγορηματικό τρόπο δήλωνε πως ήταν εντάξει στις υποχρεώσεις της.
