The casino is as shady and corrupt as they come. I signed up to an account 15 days ago.
Saw their promo , it looked pretty good, so i deposited the required amount $25 USD like i have a million times via e-transfer.
I sat and waited, no money came into my player account.
i get on chat support , and after jumping through their hoops, i get an email notification saying my money will be returned in a week. (which is a long time by any standards)
that was 13 days ago.
I have gotten on 3 separate chats with some moron who must of gotten this job as a favor to someone else cause he has the mental capacity of a slug.
I gave him everything he asked for. Interac reference number, screenshots and a copy of the transaction and now he says he needs an official statement from my bank showing the transaction even though i have given him that exact thing.
Both from mobile banking and online banking..
As it sits, i am still fighting with this idiot and will sit in chat relentlessly until i get my money from this sad excuse of a platform.
Stay away from here if you value your money. Thieves in plain sight, being run by a crew of halfwits.
