I have played at this casino for sometime. From the beginning I tried to verify my account but still at this time the verification section says it requires nothing from me.
Today I tried to make a withdrawal of €3200. It would not allow me and a message popped up stating my limit was 3000. I then tried 3000 and a message again popped up to say my limit was 500.
I withdrew 500 and went to withdraw again and it said I had reached my withdrawal limit.
I contacted live support and was told I was a level 1 player and my maximum withdrawal per day/24 hours is 500
I am allowed a maximum of 3 pending withdrawals
When I asked how long a withdrawal would be pending I was told 3 business days
I have established now it will take weeks to withdraw all of my winnings
Is this not illegal
How can a casino cap my winnings yet allow me to deposit what I want.
Can someone advise how I can complain as the website is vague
