So… I’m trying to make a short review even though I would have A LOT to say about this Casino. As previous customers have already pointed out, there are some major issues with the casino. Mainly the withdrawals are made almost impossible as well as they try to do everything to slown down every process they do (f.ex checking the documents, answering emails etc)
I ended up to the page since I saw an advertisment of the website. Read few reviews and nothing shady/malicious come up at the time. Also the fact that it works under MGA made me confident that it’s 100% legimitate and trustworthy. Anyhow ended up deposing money and actually won a big time. With the winning money played a bit more and over all ended up with 120 000e. Luckily I was smart enough not use any bonus stuff and wagered the money as it reads in terms&conditions. After that, that’s when the problems started: no answering emails, declining withdrawals even though the verification had already been made… after that they asked even more documents and few days later they accepted and checked them. At least I have got 1000€ now out of the casino but still don’t feel trustful for the company. It took a lot of time and effort and emails just to get even the 1000e.
Also there is a limit that the casino will pay max 7000e/per month. What comes to my winnings you can count it takes around 1,5years to complete all the winnings.

Also gonna mention that the customer service is poor, unprofessional, rude and in anyway just really slow.
Gave the 1/10 just because at least I got some of the money out of the casino. In other case I would’ve given zero stars.

Will try to update here how things eventually turned out and did I ever get all of the winnings out of the casino.

Warning! Avoid this casino if you anyhow can! There are lot of better options and the withdrawals etc are a lot easier and faster and in any way more trustworthy.
