They have all their seperate departments set up all over the world in different countries ,making communication with each other a very long process
Wild dogs on the street would get more respect than this Casino gives towards there members
Over 50 hrs in trying to resolve an issue with a game being Frozen during the Free Spins Bonus page
Over 4 hrs awaiting a response with there customer service representatives, 5 in total
After the outcome being resolved 50 hrs later not even an apology or email stating game is ready to go,
No free spins bonus offered or anything for compensation for your hrs waisted awaiting there resolve,,
Then they delete your account for asking for some free spins for all those hrs waisted waiting and checking emails for those 50 hrs
