I’ve been waiting for 9 days now to complete my KYC process at this casino, and the whole experience has been incredibly frustrating. Despite providing all the required documents promptly, they’ve been unresponsive and unhelpful. I’ve reached out multiple times, but I’ve only received generic, uninformative replies. It’s unacceptable for a casino to leave players hanging for this long especially when it’s a simple verification process that should take a fraction of the time.
I’m seriously considering taking my business elsewhere.
If you're thinking about signing up here, I’d advise you to proceed with caution especially if you plan on withdrawing any funds. The KYC process is a nightmare, and their support is not helpfull. And on top off all that i was playing in crypto to avoid accidents like this.
UPDATE:
My kyc is still not done and they are ignoring my emails again.This is unacceptable from a legit casino.
