I have a grandwin account for over a year . Deposited plenty, never withdrew . I had asked about 2 months for a timeout , and never got a reply . Anyway, I deposited money Saturday and won money, and then won money again Sunday. So I withdrew €550 Sunday night . Monday, I went to login again to see if the withdrawal was gone through, and I was locked out. So they had never replied to any email, and still haven’t , but locked me out once I won money and withdrew it. I went on live chat today to ask is the money withdrawn and they said it’s still pending . I said I can’t login and they asked why? They didn’t know my account was put on a time out. I asked when it will be processed , they said they don’t know . Allowed deposit any money I want at any time , including €100 Saturday but locked me out once I had a pending withdrawal and won’t reply to any emails. Scam site .
