Allow me just a small hint - always use the reply button to engage in conversation with others, many players receive a notification when anyone replies to their posts. 😉

For now, I at least know you were talking about bCasino earlier (not a "Bcassino").

I bet you're still waiting for some updates, right?

You know, we allow casinos 14 full days to verify the account and send the money, so for now, I would suggest waiting. 🙁 I know how it sounds...

Perdão, é o meu corretor ortográfico que mudou o nome, realmente a casa de aposta se chama " Bcasino", eu tô no aguardo, pois até agora ninguém me contacto. Qualquer nova atualização eu venho aqui lhe dizer.

Hello, in short, SWIFT is the name of the overall messaging system, and BIC is the code used for the system—or the 'Bank Identifier Code'. Both terms are used interchangeably to describe the code, or even the system. This means that if you request your SWIFT or BIC code, you'll receive the exact same 8-11 digit number.

This will obviously need to be filled in when you make a withdrawal at the casino. If you have a problem with this, I recommend you try to ask the support if you have done everything correctly or how you should do it, for example where to enter it.

Hi, it's possible they haven't gotten to them yet or they're still checking. 5 days would seem like quite a lot to me. What documents did you send to the casino? 

However, I have to add that we give casinos 14 days to sort out KYC, so you're not even halfway there yet. It's an important process so you'll have to be patient and let us know when you know if you've been through it successfully.

If not, we will be here to try and help.
