Hello, after all I've read it's quite strange that the casino allowed you to play here. Did you use a VPN right from the start or not ? Besides, if you asked if players from Portugal can play and they said yes, then it's the casino's fault I guess. Also, if you passed the verification without any problems, then I don't see where the casino shouldn't have paid you if they accepted deposits.
