There is a ton of reviews about this site claiming they have payed for fake reviews. And a lot of reviews saying they can't withdraw money from this site. Unfortunately I seen these reviews after putting money into it. I'm decided today I want to cash out my money even tho I'm at a loss after seeing these reviews and finding out they don't hold a valid license. Been asked for a picture of Id I choose to use driving license they wanted front back and a picture of me holding it. I've done all this and it says pending but was only done a couple hours ago I'll keep you updated with the situation. But from seeing reviews on trustpilot I think your score for this site is 2 high I'm almost certain it's a scam they hold no valid license and I'll be very surprised if I can cash my money out even tho I'm at a loss so should be no problem

Hello, I'm sorry you saw everything late. As far as the license is concerned, I see that they have a Comoros license, which probably doesn't give the best impression. The casino is very new to us, so we don't have much to adjust early. They have also solved one of the few problems and you can see it in complaint section, so if there are problems with you, you should definitely at least take this option and file it as well. 

However, we give the casinos 14 days to resolve the withdrawal and you go through verification according to what you wrote. So give them some time to sort everything out and when you are verified we will see if the withdrawal is fine.

We believe that every casino should have an automatic block at their website whenever players from restricted countries try to create an account. It actually is the best way to prevent any furture issues.

As I have read your complaint here and Petronela explained there, unfortunately we were not able to assist you any further as there were no winnings confiscated by the casino due to the rule for restricted countries.

It would be best for all the players from UK to play at casinos licensed under UKGC, where they kow that they are protected.

What is your opinion about that? Why would you go and play elsewhere, I wonder? If you don't mind, of course, that I ask.
