Funny you should say that my payments were confirmed to have been going to a company in London UK I have a international blocker as well as gambling on so I questioned this and they couldn't really give me an answer as to why it needed converting if it was going to a UK company it's crazy to me it screams dodgie as hell.

They’re a pain in the arse won’t chargeback anything even if the company has told you to

Monzo are shocking one chargeback gets raised and then they won't raise others on same grounds you also get multiple people raising each one it's a shit show.

Same with santander. I raised some of mine at the start of December and they are still sending out disclaimers for me to sign and requiring 'further documents' despite me wasting hours of my life gathering all the evidence I had

Honestly cannot wait until all of this is over and I get my money back. Funniest thing is, I wouldn't even be here if the casino I used paid me my winnings! I'd have been in profit by quite a large amount haha

Exactly my situation with my bank I'm sure they are just trying to make it so they can turn around and say to late now! Is yours for goods not received or did they raise them wrong MCC used?
