My passport is with DVLA at the moment mate so can’t submit at present, the trend with payout of other sister sites seems to be pay you out small amount then make it extremely difficult to get any further payments our make excuses up, broke there rules, I.D not valid and so on.

yeah, I did. Sent them


  1. Scan of passport
  2. Selfie of me holding passport
  3. A BT phone bill with my address
  4. Scanned copy of the front and back of the Visa card used to deposit. I used Canva to edit out the middle digits and the CVV code
  5. Same as above for the credit card. That's the account they paid the money to.


Thinking back, it was madness. Especially the photo holding the passport.

yeah, seems a common theme among the unlicensed casinos. I'll be steering clear of them from now on. Too many unknowns.

No not yet, 'cancelled due to technical reasons'. Had an email today asking to resubmit.


Also they have changed their Web address, which was the reason for the DNS issue I posted earlier.

As for the withdrawal, I see you've resubmitted it. I would like to add that we give casinos 14 days to resolve the withdrawal, so if you are after that time, you can file a complaint with us if you get nowhere with the casino. 

So let us know if you got the money or not.

Hi, did the casino also tell you the reason for rejecting your withdrawals ? I think there must be something to it. Is this your first withdrawal ? Do you have a verified account here or not ?

Make sure you don't make the mistake of playing with money and leave everything as it is until the whole situation is resolved. It's possible that the casino has some real technical problems, but that shouldn't encourage you to play and lose your money. I had very similar issues to what you've described with a site called jimmywinner.com. It turned out my bank wouldn't accept the payments,

I ended up verifying another mastercard I had and it worked.


They haven't given me the specifics of the failure for basswin.com yet but I had the same 'technical issues' email last week.


I've since verified another card and waiting to see if that works.


I suggest asking via the online chat support the reason for the failure

I see that the time is inexorably approaching 14 days. I hope that the casino will be able to work with you to resolve these technical issues and you will be able to withdraw eventually. If not, you know you can contact us, so I'll be here if you need anything.
