I have obtained refunds directly from Stockimagemart and 123 Templates. Does anyone know which payment processor these would have been made through as I have payments sent to a number of other retail websites on the same day which I have not been able to recover/find contacts for yet. All made to Celsius Casino:

Plus I have found some payments to Nine Casino which went to MonsterIT Tallinn. MonsterIT have a website and email address but not hopeful for a response. Anyone know who Nine Casino/Uno Digital B.V. /Scartesu Ltd use for payments?

Just a quick update from me.

Currently received a further refund from WinterMDSE for another £500. - Refunds totalled £1058.

Refund also received from Destream.net - DSTRLD and DSTLTD.

Still chasing a few others, yet to hear a response from many companies.

To any people enquiring on how to request a refund, please read through previous posts in this thread.

Reach out to elegro, and check previous comments in this thread.

Same to me.

Reach out to companies directly and enquire about the refund to companies direct, if that doesn't work, go to payment provider directly and explain the situation. Check previous comments in this thread for email templates etc.

Many refunds recieved lately.

Roughly after email threads with few companies/payment providers, takes about a week to explain correctly and a refund process started. Funds received instantly after refund process was started by many companies.

Essentially, almost instantly.

I have recieved £1058 in refunds from WinterMDSE. They have been very good for me.

You just have to keep chasing them with emails and support tickets, they will eventually refund after some time and effort on our behalf.

I have received refunds from transactions that were in place from around 3 months ago, and soonest was 1 month.

Worth chasing them up as they seem to be pretty good at issuing refunds.

Transactions in question made to you by card number ending ***, transaction amounts totalling *** The transaction is illegal as it contains a merchant code that also bypasses a block set on my card in relation to gambling transactions and I have not received any service from you. According to the rules of the Mastercard circuit, the transaction is subject to chargeback. Let me know what you need.
