I have played on Sloterra for a while now I must say I really like the casino, I wasnt sure at first because they only had crypto and game play with crypto, but they are really good on feedback and fixed that pretty fast so now you can deposit with crypto and play with fiat if you wish to.
I have made 2 withdraw and they were both paid within 2 days.
Service have been nice but maybe thats because I have a Vip manager that helps me.
I will keep on playing on Sloterra since its a casino I really enjoy.
If anything of these things change and service gets worse or in other way change i will update here on casinoGuru since i think player security is very important and the only way to keep us players safe is to inform others of our experiences.

Although i was lucky and won abit of money, the experience wasnt worth it. Took me months to get the money out and that was only after help from casino.guru, they blocked my account directly after my win and refused to pay and only after i made a complaint here at casino.guru they decided they had to pay because lese their rating would drop.
They also needed me to do a video verification through skype, and im sure 95% of everyone playing online would hate this.
People that have no porblem at a casino will never make a review without the casino telling them to, so be aware everytime you see a casino with loads of 5 star reviews that are detailed on how good their experience was.
Stay away you will find more ethical casinos other places!

Deposited and got a bonus, i was wagering but the wager of the bonus didnt change, support told me it was because i win with real money the bonus dont wager, ok i thought and continue playing.
Then bonus expire but i still have real cash left.
I try to withdraw but cant do it. Then i see there is wagering on my real cash also!! like big wagering, i had to make over 20 000spins before wagering said 100% then i try to withdraw again and still dont work. Now support tells me its because bonus expire... the bonus that i could not wager with real cash-!! Now they tell me i have to deposit more to make withdraw!!

Also live support always sends me to email support and they never answer, i have contacted email support like 5-10 times never an answer. and ive talked to live support 10-20 times and always lies and deception to not pay me.
Dont play here they are really ugly scammers!

First they refused to give me the bonus i deposit for because something with their system was wrong.
Then i wager my deposit and try to make withdraw. Then it says i have to be level 5 to be able to withdraw cash!!
Im Level 1 so that means they will keep your cash hostice if you dont just play alot and reach level 5. stay away from these crocs!

Another one those casinos that dont credit the welcome bonus after registration and deposit...
Talking to support they say its an adminitration decision.. I literally just opened the account!!
I have never had any account at Maltix Limited casinos so i guess they are in secret part of some other group of casinos.
Anyway if you dont gonna offer the bonus then you should inform so at registration!!! this should be possible since i could get banned from bonuses directly from registration then you should also be able to inform me about it at registration with a banner or something.
Its a shame casino can scam and fraudulanty make you deposit before they inform you of this!!!
