Quite stale experience, hate the chat service, basically they don't even know whats going on in their site. Bonuses are terrible and their terms very low tier.
VIP class is no different.
Basically they mislead you on some campaigns as well(15 % weekly cashback-3000, they don't really want you to have it).The site can have a common campaing that the chat is totally unaware of and claims constantly that there is no such thing even when a banner is flying just about the chat window DD Bonus terms are of c-class, would not play with bonuses at all, only hard deposit. Lack of games, and they put some companies in other companies directory (print studios is in Relax gaming). They have this shooting range and prizes for missions. The first mission is doable. The second is basically already highly unlikely you will ever get it. So its not worth playing for the prizes.

Customer service won't answer but posts bot answers.
Achievement tab is bugged, they won't fix it or pay out the promised achievement. Again customer service won't react, no email is answered and quite often customer service just leaves the chat after a 20 -30 min wait.

Update: pending withdrawals take ages...after you get on the plus side on them, suddenly withdrawals are not processed and they happen to spam you with bonuses which you cannot use because you have a pending withdrawal.

after 2 months the bugged achievement is still not fixed after promises even to contact me in 24 h. Nothing is done and I have all the emails and chats to prove it.
Customer service is very very bad at times. I get VIP bonuses that the normal customer service often refuses because they don't understand how the bonus works...then I contact VIP to complain that I didn't get the promised bonus and they have to get back to normal chat to fix it...at least VIP teams do answer within a day.

2 months without fixing a problem is just unaccaptable.

Update: the bug is not fixed, but after 3.5 months the finally agreed to pay the achievement out...

Then more bad news. Withdrawals are VERY VERY slow. Minimun process speed 3 days to 2 weeks. Yep. You read it. Also they don't follow their own rules about it. Explanation given by the customer service seem a bit more excuses"service providor problems"...."its not 3 days, we only count it FROM THE NEXT day" - which makes it literally 4 days.
Also forget about using bonuses when you have pending withdrawal, its not possible. So if you have even 2 withdrawals in a month, the site is unusable for the rest of the days because lag in paying out. Of course you can deposit normal but what is the point while pending? They literally have made it senseless to depo in here while having a pending withdrawal. Never seen this kind of thing anywhere. Highly dubious system.

I have to say I'm moving away from this casino with 90 % probability. Highly negative experience overall even if their site works great.
