Just an awful experience on this site. Made a deposit through crypto, played some live roulette, made a bit of money and went to withdraw.

Firstly, I needed to verify all my ID documents. Then verify my phone number. Then verify my email address. Then verify my crypto wallet address.

Then the real fun started. They claimed my withdrawal was on hold as they 'needed to check the correctness of my bets.' There were all bets placed on live roulette, none on sports, no bonuses used.

Still waiting for my withdrawal. Live chat friendly but unhelpful. All the while they're hoping I cancel my withdrawal and lose the money.

Awful casino. Avoid. Going to wait out the 14 day period and if I don't receive my withdrawal lodge a complaint here.

Wow, what can I say? Just an awful experience with Royspins.

Firstly, I deposited and turned over more than 3x my deposit amount playing on the live casino.

I requested a withdrawal and was then told the love casino only counts towards 20% of your turnover? So you actually need to turnover your deposit 15x?

Nonetheless l continued betting to reach the required turnover. Finally, I did so and requested a withdrawal. The first withdrawal was sent. I kept some money in the account to keep playing with as I didn't want to deposit again, knowing I would have to turnover 15x the deposit amount.

I had a small win with this remaining balance and went to make another withdrawal. Here's where the real issues started.

Firstly, it showed up on their 'livestream' of withdrawals that it had been completed in 11 minutes. But I had not received it. Further, when I searched my crypto wallet address on the blockchain explorer, it was clear they had not actually sent me any withdrawal.

I contacted live chat who were completely useless, only telling me they would pass on my question.

No one ever responded to me. I sent another follow up email, which was never replied to. I still have not received this withdrawal, a day and a half after their website proudly advertises it was 'sent in 11 minutes'.

Absolutely horrible site. Useless support, failure to pay withdrawals, failure to respond to emails, incredible 15x turnover requirement on deposits, which I believe is the highest in the online casino industry.

Absolutely a site to avoid. Currently waiting the required two weeks before lodging a complaint on this website to try and finally get my money.

Really disappointing experience with Wazbee. Opened an account and deposited, turned over quite a bit of money, tried to request a withdrawal (made around $200), withdrawal was approved and even showed up on their live stream of withdrawals, claiming it was sent in 4 minutes.

However, there was never any withdrawal sent - My crypto wallet isn't showing any pending transactions when I search on the blockchain explorer.

I asked live chat to provide me the transaction ID of the withdrawal, which they couldn't do - they couldn't even confirm if the withdrawal had been sent or not, promising someone would get back to me by email (which no one did of course).

Really disappointing to see the website blatantly lying to customers regarding their withdrawal processing times and whether they have actually processed withdrawals when they claim.

Further they have a very strict and vague turnover requirement before you can withdraw - far higher than any other casino I've seen. It's more than the 3x claimed here on the casino guru website - it actually varies from 6x to 15x depending what game you play.

Of course the website claims this is an 'anti-fraud' protection but we all know it's so no one can make a withdrawal.

Stay away. Dodgy website. Don't deposit, you won't be able to withdraw and worse, you will be lied to and have information withheld.
