Yes thats right its better to not play here i love you casino.guru youre the only forum with one other to try to help player not like some other they reject everythink negative on casino on other krypto casinos like stake... this never happen and chat i see no one that is hacked bc have not so much player line stake but when i look there chat almost every one got hacked one time that is crazy and they dont help the player they withdraw to new krypto adresses with no verify email verify or something and they let login from new devices from other countries without a problem sry i must say that but i think bcgame steal the money from the accounts

We would like to be able to help with such cases, but as I said it is very difficult to find out where 100% of the truth is. 

However, if you state your opinion normally and without breaking the rules, we have no reason to reject your review or post. I think that in every casino people have both good and bad experiences and if you can express it like a human being, it can be useful for everyone. I'm sorry when situations like this arise and even more so when there is nothing more that can be done about it. The best thing to do is to avoid casinos where you have this experience and play in the ones where you have had the least problems, or not play at all. 🤷‍♂️🙂

I say the truth and they confirmed that my account get hacked but if they dont give money back we can not do anything about it and licence cuarcao you dont get help there everyone knows that 🙁

Well, I guess I have to agree in this particular case. I don't know what else could be done, and if the licensing authority won't write you back and ignore it, then I guess there's nothing more to do.

They should blacklist bc.game so no more people lose their money. Submitting complaint here becomes meaningless.its not like we’re getting the money back or anything.

Well, if the casino doesn't try to solve the situations that arise, we can't force them, but complaints are certainly good for at least something. If the casino doesn't try to resolve anything and ends up unresolved, they get black points and will have a lower saftey index with each unresolved complaint. That will probably drive players away and they won't play here if they see that it is low. So even if the players don't get their money, at least it's worth it to file a complaint. 🤷‍♂️

Yes that's right , because if it ends up like yours it means no black points are awarded. That's why I don't think our team likes these cases either, because sometimes it's hard to evaluate everything. 

I'm very sorry, but if more players are in such situations, I believe that it will be handled a lot more and maybe there will be some warning on our site as well. 😥

I would also say you should take into account, that when "you're winning" there is no reason to start the verification. This unvoidable procedure is usually triggered by the deposit request. Thus, many players prefer to verify their accounts immediately upon registration.

My KYC verification process was rejected as i had submitted my friend's documents which he had already submitted in his account but that account was deleted due to which KYC process was rejected.

When i contacted to support team they told me that you KYC has already approved on another account

Now i want to reverify my KYC verification process so that i could upload my original documents and complete my KYC verification process

I imagine it seems like a triviality, a reversible mistake, but the truth is, the casino most likely already considers you a troublemaker. You've breached one of the most important rules. KYC in the casino is a serious matter, once you try to fake it for any reason, it gives a clear signal to the casino that you are not welcome anymore.

At least, please do not ever do that again. 🙏 Always use only our own personal details, documents, and payment methods.

I fear there is no way to help you out. It was the worst mistake.

yeah i need my money back i ask them to refund my deposit but they are not going to do so because they have to fallow their T&C if not because casino guru have not done this rating it should not happen to any player who can see nd fall from their strategy
