I can see that you probably have such mixed feelings, and after this answer, I do too, to be honest. Anyway, at least something has moved forward and I believe that this situation will be resolved with the help of the supervisor.
We will see what happens next and it was certainly good that you updated the complaint.

Yup, now it’s "Technical Team" since we know it’s not Rival. Which they kept trying to say. Sad 😔 . Well I was told I’d have an answer tomorrow. Let’s see what tomorrow brings.
