Hi Valter.

Well, I read complaints every single day of the week, hence I can't agree with you ultimately.

My general experience is different when it comes to registration, verification, and even for breaching the multiple accounts rule.

The casinos don't want to delay players from playing or depositing so they even allow people to play even if the deposit is still "in progress" because every transaction takes a couple of hours, or a few days in case of bank transfer, another delay would be the full KYC right from the beginning - not very popular for the casinos, since they normally verify only players that had actually won and submitted the withdrawal.

The registration is set to be as quick as possible too, because the player may lose interest to play in the casino if the initial registration seems to be "complicated". Some casinos award players for email and phone verification to make sure that players will go through it. On the other hand, some casinos only ask for phone verification only in case of withdrawal.

The verification can be quite different in casinos licensed by MGA and in casinos licensed elsewhere, this is another factor to be considered, the next one should be the country of residence of the player, which can affect the verification too.

Would be nice if all players must go through the verification first yes, but even now, when this is not a standard, lots of players still prefer crypto casinos and anonymous casinos to avoid verification at all.

I made a deposit via BTC on Saturday. After it was confirmed on the blockchain but still wasn't posted to my account, I contacted support. They had me send the details of the transaction, which I provided. Sent proof of where I bought/sent it to the address they provided me. I feel like that is all easily and quickly verifiable, though correct me if I am wrong.


After a few minutes, I was told that my support request had been Escalated to another team, and that this other team would soon contact me and resolve the issue of my missing deposit. Obviously, since I'm here complaining, that was not the case. I've logged in on their casino once per day, rehashed my support appeal, and I receive the same response...the Escalators will take care of the Escalated and all I can do is wait for the Escalation to Escalate.


Six days later, the Escalatarians have yet to contact me and my deposit is still not reflected in my account balance.


Seems like they have a good rep...ive told the support people who are willing to speak to me (some just straight up pull the 'i said good day sir!' bit on me) that I know it wasn't their fault or whatever...but that I am still going to ask them about my deposit once per day to remind them that I am still here and still want to be compensated in some manner. Perhaps with a shiny new Escalade?


I told them that it is easily proven with what I have provided them that I did indeed make the deposit, and asked if they could just give me free spins on a game for roughly the amount of my deposit. No dice...which is odd for a casino....seems like they'd have dice.


Anyways, my general feeling about this issue is that my missing deposit simply is not important to them. As I stated, it was not a large deposit, so they probably think that, if they wait long enough, I'll go away...and when I go away, it will be no big loss.


I sincerely don't think my deposit going missing was anything purposeful or done out of greed or malice, but I do feel that the number of days and complete lack of communication on the matter are signs of either (1) a lack of give a f&#% or (2) a lack of competence...although I suppose it could be a combination of the two.

Username is 1977punk. I gave all the info that I was told they needed on 08/04/23...last Friday night, a couple hours after I made the BTC deposit.


I was told that it was forwarded and that I would hear from someone regarding my missing deposit in the range of 5 hours to several days.


So far, 08/10/23, I have not been contacted by anyone regarding this issue.


I certainly do appreciate your help. I usually try to add all the good things I like about the casino in on my complaints to be fair, but honestly, I have not had a chance to gamble at JackBit yet. This was my first deposit and I can't recall how I ended up there, because it wasn't free spins or whatever. I believe it was a good review.


So, my first interaction with the casino was my deposit going missing and then waiting for support to contact me and then posting here when I felt I wasn't being heard.


Also, I am always glad to go back and say 'the casino made this right' or whatever when that happens in situations like this and I'll be glad to do that with Jackbit if/when this gets sorted.

This is all the same info I gave Jackbit support on Friday 8/4/23 within 2 hours of my deposit not being credited to my account. Your post seems to imply y'all have just been waiting on me to provide the pertinent information and that is not accurate.

You say that Russia has restrictions, but when I went through verification on your site, no one told me about this, neither in the chat on the site itself nor by mail, no one notified me about this.

At the same time, I passed the verification and continued to use the site and could withdraw funds, but yesterday morning I simply could not log into my account. They couldn't help me in the chat.

Great, if only every casino dealt with situations like this promptly. I hope you'll do better in the future and be more careful and check the restricted countries in the Terms and Conditions and also ask about it in the live chat or support. I don't think anything like that can happen in this case and you will be sure where you can and can't play. 🙂
