I haven't been given a reason. The live agent says he has no access to the process. I had previously sent in documents and the agent keeps telling me stories. First I was previously told that all.my documents had been approved, then the agent said yesterday (after many days of querying) that I was not verified, only to say today that I am indeed verified (It's always the same agent name so I assume it's the same person)so I have no idea what's going on. I have been waiting for this since the 30th of May, and this is a crypto withdrawal. The amount of money is €136 and according to their terms all withdrawals under €1000 re processed in 72 hours and the agent previously stated that they process withdrawals on the weekend as well. So I'm very frustrated.

It's great that you finally got the money, but I can see the price. I guess you have decided that you are not going to continue down this road and I don't blame you at all. It's nice to know accurate information and especially when it comes to verification or withdrawal. The fact that you got a different one every day doesn't add much to the credibility.
