I been talk to their live agent 2 times, they can’t find out the reason, but after they help me send a message to their financial team, now I can process again through bank transfer again! I been prepared to wait for another 3-5 days now!

but one thing is good, their winning rate on live table games are actually higher then other casino!

They just fail my withdrawal again yesterday, said my information is incorrect, but I been withdraw with the same method before and it’s bank transfer, last time I been submit all the details and it’s already in the system, I didn’t edit or change anything, they just told me the bank account number is wrong and ask me to submit another withdrawal request again ! If the information is wrong, why my last withdrawal success? I feel so confused and frustrated

This morning they fail my withdrawal 2nd time! Keep saying I’m enter wrong information, but I been withdraw successfully before with the same method, the information been saved in the system and I never edit n change anything…… sigh

Okay, so when you told them all these things, what did the casino say to you. It doesn't seem normal to me that if you've already withdrawn without any problems with this method that suddenly there is a problem in the account.

They did send me an email and ask me to adjust the account number, the bank transfer require Bank BiC, clearing system number and bank account number, which I did submit to them and successfully withdraw once! Now they send me an email ask me to add part of the clearing system number into the bank account number! It’s like let’s say clearing system number is 12345678 and bank account number is aabbcc, they ask me to put like 5678aabbcc and submit another withdrawal request again, which I already did yesterday now I’m waiting for result ! I think I will find out the result tomorrow morning and I will keep updating you ! Thanks 🙏

I hope so too. We give casinos 14 so I would be a bit scared too but you have some time before our team will contact the casino and I believe that by then it will be solved.

thanks for helping, hopefully the withdrawal will approve by today, actually I don’t even know if I should angry or not now, they fail my withdrawal 2 times last week right? So the balance been back to my casino account! It was $5000 in total, as I mentioned before they have a higher rate of payout then other casino! I used that $5000 to play again before I submitted my withdraw again, now my balance been triple! $15000 now! But they only allow $5000 withdraw a week! So after this withdrawal I still need to go through this long waiting withdrawal process at least 2 times 🙏

Yes, congratulations. However, I would definitely recommend not to continue playing with the money until everything is sorted out and you get the money because next time you could get unlucky and lose the money.

Ok I feel that they might playing game on me now, it’s been almost 2 days the fund still haven’t arrive my bank account, last time I withdraw with same method it’s only take few hours, I been go to bank and check they said there’s no in coming fund pending at all, I been talked to their live agent they just asked me to go bank check again, that’s really frustrating, it’s almost been 2 weeks since my first attempt of withdrawal, they fail me 2 times in 4 days, and then pending my 3rd withdrawal for 4 days , finally got approved but it’s still haven’t appear into my bank! I still have lit of money balance from the casino account needs to withdraw, I’m so worry now

Well, the fact that it was approved, I see, doesn't necessarily mean that it will come to you right away. I thought it would only be a matter of maybe a couple of days and you would have the money in your account. 

However, since you have a complaint, our team will try to help you if you don't get it. But I suppose if you have already made the withdrawal, you will get the money. 

Maybe you just have to hold on a little longer and keep a cool head.

It’s been 5 business days from my withdrawal approved since last Wednesday, and 15 days since my first attempt of withdrawal, still can’t receive my fund yet, hopefully will get it in coming 2 days, otherwise I think they didn’t process it correctly 😫

I see that nothing has changed. Have you tried contacting the bank to see if there is a problem ? I think it would be wise as you wrote to wait these next few days and see what happens. If nothing moves forward, then I believe the complaint will develop and we will contact the casino. 

Hopefully that won't be necessary and you will come back with good news. 😉

I been check from my bank, there’s no pending deposit fund at all! It’s been one week since my withdraw been approved, I been talked to their live agent, but each time they just tell me it’s other department to handle this situation they can’t do anything but ask me to be patient each time! From my first attempt of withdrawal July 15, it’s been half a month already, first they block me from the payment method, after they solve this problem after one day, and then they fail my withdrawal 2 times in 4 days, which the reason was not make any sense, if the information I provided was wrong how come they can process before? (I got withdrawal success before!) the only email I received since July 15 was ask me for approval for 8% withdrawal fees which I already approved since! I been send email to their support department n payment department but since I got absolutely 0 reply! I think this is unacceptable! They try to play game on me! Also after I still have another balance amount of $9000 need to withdraw, please help me 🙏🙏🙏🙏
