Yes it's a blame game they all act like they don't know what the other ones up to so they can pass the book on! All I know is if I had a company and was responsible for making sure all was above board I wouldn't be putting it in the hands of others to jepardise my business they know exactly what's going on or bringing it to their attention would of put a stop to it the amount of people complaining. They just talk out their arses.

Any currency can be exchanged back so I'm not sure what your getting at?

They state they don't but have access to the information, plus have to interact with the processor to determine the funds to add to the accounts, so that's a lie from their side to attempt to deflect any legal responsibility, they are in fact liable as despite it being illegal to use third parties to process these payments in some jurisdictions, they have a responsibility to make sure the third parties are acting in a legal manner, which they most definitely aren't. It's not reaching as the transaction was made with them ultimately, it's their responsibility to make sure it's made in a safe and legal way, they aren't doing that as they're using third parties without the customers having prior knowledge, which is a GDPR issue, then the merchants are using incorrect MCC's to bypass gambling blocks etc. Personally, i believe these third party processors are just a smokescreen, and that the casinos themselves are laundering the money through shell companies, for example i've seen at least 8 different NikoTPF variations on this forum alone in reference to Santeda, then you've got Falcora etc that they've used, why would a legitimate company use so many different processors? It's to money launder.

At the end of the day they've had our money so I couldn't give a monkeys if it's exchanged, un exchange it and refund what's rightfully my money.

The only way to find this out is by buying crypto through their platform. Unfortunately, due to my complaint with this company for another issue they refuse me to buy crypto on their platform.

So someone else will have to try to buy crypto to his own account and if the statement says KTM Warsaw we know enough 😉

Well said. It has to be - there’s no need for companies to run payments via so many different companies unless they’re washing cash.

I’ve had a couple of responses to my emails but nothing substantial yet.

With regards to the DSARs for Santeda, keep pushing. I kicked off and I’ve been told they’re working on my DSAR and it’s now with their compliance team. I’m probably being naive but fingers crossed.

Pretty much nailed it here, they do it so they can pass the book on and make it more difficult for the authorities to investigate. Ultimately though there will always be some kind of paper trail, even if they go through crypto they can trace it through the blockchain, look at the Malone Lam case for example, stole and laundered crypto and eventually they traced it all back to him.

Any legitimate casino i used before signing to Gamstop, even the ones that were smaller always used one merchant, there was one company with multiple casinos that processed all their payments through one merchant too (i used a few of their casinos), these guys are definitely doing it to launder money, it wouldn't surprise me if they close down merchants periodically and create new ones to keep their scam fresh.

I'm going to keep on at them, i'm not going to give up on these guys.

It also makes me wonder when they say They do not have control over 3rd party payment providers .🤔I find this hard to belive .If that was the case then how do they recoup the funds from these merchants to add to players accounts ?They must know .If not Then it's the payment processing agent that they use to process funds that are responsible for outsourcing these transactions to these dodgy 3rd party merchants which the casino should also should be held responsible for as they should be solely responsible for all transactions and make sure that they are acting lawfully. or am I reaching ?

I'm sorry for stepping in. I just want to say I've been thinking quite the same. In my opinion, many casinos rely on 3rd-party payment solutions/processors, which are the link between the casino and the final "merchant."

Using this option, in my opinion, at least partly puts a certain level of responsibility on the processor. I'm just saying it makes sense to me.

I doubt you will get the money back if they bought crypto I have won back over £50000 on chargebacks I am not saying I am proud of this hopefully never again as I have learned my lesson but the bank said they cannot do anything about them
