Loads of scam reviews on Trust pilot not sure how they do it one casino had exactly the same review under 6 different names so not much can be read into them especially if they have some scathing reviews on there. It's your experience that counts if you feel you were ripped of then you were.

I understand, I would certainly try to find out about the investigation at some point, although I probably wouldn't find much and I wouldn't believe that I will get the money. On the other hand, I would like to get rid of this casino and never have anything to do with it again, so in the end I would probably leave it at that.

I personally wouldn't believe such reviews, because if they are exactly the same, it is possible that someone just copied it or maybe it was written by the same person just from different accounts. But anyone who goes through something like that can make an opinion for himself and comes to the conclusion that probably such reviews are not very honest. 🤔

I have no idea who modesty is?they temporarily reopened my account so I could make a withdrawal and then closed it.Im not hopeful 🙁

Yeah I had the exact same one last week🙁 if they’re not going to pay this is pretty terrible. It actually seems like they could be purposely toying with us for no other reason than to be nasty. I don’t get it at all.

Of course, I hope your deposit will work, on the other hand, you should focus on finding more reliable online casinos. How do you feel about their fake license, for instance?

Still hasn't come up, at the time of writing that post it had been a day now its been a day and about 20 hours and still hasn't shown.
What method did you use to deposit ? Did you also try to contact the pamyent provider to see if the money went out fine and everything was successful on their side ?
However, I would definitely follow Radka's advice and not play in such casinos, because I have a feeling that it is a waste of a deposit.

Anyway, then you have asked for a chargeback to get your deposit back. Does it have to do anything with the withdrawal request of yours, is there a reason you know of, why they are not giving the money to you? Too many questions, I know, but I am really lost here. 🤷♀️

I am doing a VISA chargeback to try and get the initial debit card deposit back from them.
There is no reason for them not to process my withdrawal, same as with everybody else that is waiting.
