ive won some money on this online casino 2 weeks ago, it wouldn’t let me verify myself at first, after a week of waiting they asked me to verify myself which was such a challenge after so many back and forward sending and waiting days for a response I think I am verified but now they are saying I need additional documents but won’t tell me what additional documents I need. I’ve so far sent in bank statements, photo id, selfie photo of myself with my I.d and their website in the background, verification that my card is mine. I’ve been back and forth on the chat about 40 times. I’ve emailed them and now there email addresses don’t exist. This is getting ridiculous.

Please be prepared, though, the procedure will take some time to complete as we give the casinos time to process the KYC and process the withdrawal.
