First withdrawal did take 4 day to process other withdrawals were made in 2 days. I got all my money. Bad thing about is that you can withdraw only 500€ per day.

Hi, did the casino tell you any reason why the withdrawal is still pending ? Have you verified here yet or was it not necessary ? Have you had any successful withdrawals before ? 

I am asking these questions because we give casinos a full 14 days to sort out everything necessary and send the money to the player. If they fail to do so then we will try to help if you file a complaint. 

So I will wait for your reply.

Sim fiz mais três saques e fui pago normalmente .. sim fiz identificação mandei todos os papéis e eles aceitaram todos .. não porque não tive tempo de sacar meu dinheiro porque fecharam minha conta por sem motivo .. não sei por que isso é feito, eles só não querem pagar porque são ladrões

Clearly, I think that's probably the best you can do. I'm sure there may be some delay but I'd like to know what's going on and not just general information. 

Anyway, we'll have to keep a cool head now and hopefully they'll keep their word and the money will get into your account.
