If you read the reviews both here and on Trustpilot you'll see customers struggling to get Rich Prize to close their accounts, even though these customers disclosed their serious problem gambling. I emailed support repeatedly to close my account in line with their responsible gaming policy. I received one reply asking me why I wanted to close my account and then no replies to later emails when I confirmed that I was worried about my gambling, asking Rich Prize casino to respect my decision to close my account. However, RP staff were very quick to reply to my earlier deposit enquiries.
It's hard not to conclude that this is a casino that will happily prey upon problem gambling. Despite RP ignoring my repeated account closure requests, I have absolutely no intention of playing there again!
Update: have now received an email asking me to complete an elaborate KYC process to close account (an extraordinary request that is unprecedented in my experience with casinos!). The email dangles the carrot of VIP status and rewards should I keep my account open: "I understand this might be a bit frustrating, but this is all about keeping your account secure and ensuring everything is handled properly. Once we have these documents or at least a proper explanation of why they can’t be provided, we can move forward with closing your account.

You’ve reached VIP status and unfortunately haven’t had the chance to enjoy your welcome bonus to our Loyalty Program. It’s truly a shame, but I respect your decision."

RP should simply close my account as requested, with no conditions! Blatant stonewalling tactic! Think about the exploitative harm this could cause vulnerable people!
Finally, if Rich Prize casino can behave like this with respect to account closure, I would have low confidence in payouts being made within a reasonable timeframe.

OK experience so far. Took four days for first BTC payout of £280. However, I have experienced relatively quick first payouts with other casinos only to be burned later on when attempting larger payouts - hopefully this won't be the case here. Online chat helpful but can be slow to reply or acknowledge emails.

Beware: an unfair bonus term was used to confiscate my legit winnings of €2200 and terminate my account. Bonus rule: Max bet with bonus is €5 or 10% of balance, whichever smaller. I won using a bonus where I did not breach this rule. However, they used the max bet of 10% of balance rule on my earlier use of bonuses (where I lost my money and had nothing to cashout), and when my balance was very low e.g. I had a balance of $8 but bet $1 or a balance of $2 and bet 40 cents. Foolishly, I was just running down my small balance (having mainly played €5 bets throughout most of the wagering).
Of course, they were happy to continue to take my deposits despite previously breaching the bonus rule.

Standard RTG casino aimed at Australia. Fast verification process, speedy support replies. Withdrawals were reasonably quick at first but have now slowed down (10 days and still waiting).

Update: over three weeks waiting, and my two payout requests of 2500AUD each have still not been paid. No reply to my emails, sent to the "Finance Dept". Online chat advises that they have a high volume of payout requests.

Read bonus terms and conditions carefully before joining/depositing. For example, for no max cashout match bonuses (under 100% deposit match), once you complete wagering you must immediately cashout. If you continue to play any winnings will be void. Never came across this before.

It begs the question 'Do they consciously take forever with the aim that impatient customers re-stake (and hopefully, lose) their winnings? '
Update: verification took three weeks! Now day 7 waiting for part withdrawal of $500. Whilst this is the daily max amount of withdrawal allowed, you have to wait until this is processed before you can request another 'daily' withdrawal up to $500 via the same payout route. In other words, if you withdraw to Bitcoin wallet, then you'll be limited to $500 each week/fortnight (who knows? as depends on their payment processing speed).
Update: after limiting payouts to €300, every 2-3 weeks, I closed my account. They clearly want you to play away your winnings. Very poor.
