I had the worst time at this casino. First there was an issue with verification that was ultimately resolve after 10 days but I had to file a complain to get answers.

A few days after I deposited 80 attach with a casino bonus and a wager of 20×/40×.

The bonus was never added and on top of that my real cash money was showing 59$ and not 80$ even before I started playing.

Went to the chat to try to get an explanation and they told me that I had a sports bonus...wich was absolutely not the case because I had no active promotion showing anywhere.

I just played the 59$ and I'm done with them. That was one of the worst experience I've had and reading all the other review...I now understand. They literally stole money from me.

Absolutely disgusting behavior.

This casino is part of a big brand that owns a lot of casino. Usually don't have issues with them but they do something that I really don't like.

They send a 100% bonus offer and once you have deposited the bonus don't work. You get tell by the chat that this bonus will be available on your next deposit because you receive 20 free spins for this deposit -_-

It is such a dishonest tactic....it make me sick. It happend to me 3 times and this one was the last one.

The quality of the customer service is nothing short of horrible !!

I uploaded my document for verification. It only took 50 days to be approuved. Yes not 5....but 50 !!

When I sent an email to ask what was going on they didn't even bother answering me. When I asked in the chat all they were able to say is that the procedure was still in progress. Zero help what so ever.

Do yourself a favor and don't spent a dollar at this casino.

This casinos have many issues. The site is very slow. Games are malfunctioning more often than other casino. Many big provider missing and the most important...withdrawals takes forever to be accepted. I had a withdrawal pending for 6 days when I decided I had enough.

From what I can see in the other review this is a constant complain.

Do yourself a favor and go play somewhere else.

I recently won a nice sum of money at this casino ( 2000$)

It took 2 weeks....yes 2 weeks to withdrawal all the money. They don't allow more than 400$ per withdrawal. This is just not ok since they know that most people will play that money often while waiting. It makes the experience at this casino very sad.

Unfortunatly, my experience with the customer service of this casino was probably the worst experience of my life. Deposited 80$ with their welcome bonus. Ending up winning 1500$.

When came the time to verify my document.....Ho my God-_-

First they ask you to upload certain document in PDF but guess what ? This casino does not let you upload anything else than picture or screenshot. When you press upload, you can't even see all the document in your device.

Also, they ask for a particular screenshot for my muchbetter account as proof of Payment. What they were asking for did not exist in the Muchbetter app.

I sent them everything and even more that they needed to verify my identity. The matter was resolved after I made a official complaint here and a week of back and forth with their customer service. They wanted me to play the money I won and it was obvious. They stall as much as they could but ended up paying anyway.

I never say that in a review but don't subscribe to that casino....ever !
