Have requested a withdrawl I asked in chat how long and was told 4 to 6 days I advised them their terms and conditions said 72 hours which they didn't even know about. Mickeal the manager came on the chat and was so rude to me. Terrible customer service from a manager

I opened an account here two weeks ago not realising I had self excluded with their sister site. I made a deposit and then they closed my account. I contacted support and they advised they would refund my money. I supplied all requested information they requested. Two weeks later I;m still waiting for my money returned. I keep getting the same email to wait more. What a joke of a company how long really does it take to refund someones money. Im thinking if its this long for a refund how long would you be waiting for a withdrawal

This casino does not like to be questioned. My account is verified and I made a withdrawal which they advised should take 24 hours. Now they have blocked my account. When I questioned the blocking of my account they told me a management decision, but management won’t talk to me. Just answering your reply no management never contacted me on my request. And no I didn’t request my account to be closed so please review your facts before replying in future

Terrible customer service deposited by visa and when I try to withdraw cant withdraw with visa. Then I mad another deposit by skrill thinking I could withdraw that way but again rejected. Contacted customer service as they call themselves I wouldn't but anyway he wants about 5 different screen shots of different parts of my skrill a account. I done that still not good enough and they dont try and help you at all.
