Hello, have you tried to ask what is it about when they ask you for these documents ? In some cases, casinos may also do additional verification or ask you for some things like in this case. Did you try to withdraw the money ?

trying to make complaint with a voided winning of 40801.33 and won’t let me put amount in the complaint form

I never did get my $7000. Guru was supposedly helping then the casino said I wasn't complying with the casino. I gave them everything including my bank statement. I had nothing else I could send. Guru sided with casino and stopped helping. So no I got screwed out of $7000

As of now nothing is resolved. I made a whole new account. And they are still saying it's not the right account. It's a checking account through my bank. With just my name on the account. Then they say they need pdf copy of my bank statement which matches the new account. So I sent that. Everything is legit and they are still telling me no.

That's what happened to me! I sent them pdf of my account three times. Still said no. I was afraid all they were doing was selling my banking information.

No my complaint was never satisfied. The last message I got was my complaint was denied a couple weeks ago. I sent a message to luckylegends telling them to stop sending ads after robbing me. Got email back saying they didn't know what I was talking about. Said my withdrawal was approved all they needed was Utility bill. I've sent all that. Guru you even sent that!

Not laughing at you all BUT I remember my "situation" with this particular casino and let me tell you....!! It was MONTHS of Live chats, emails, Casino Guru stepping in, replaying already played wagering requirements and in the end I got about 70% of what I was owed. When I tell you DO NOT PLAY LUCKY LEGENDS...and you do from here on in..... (Its called shooting yourself in the foot. On. Purpose. THEN pouring rubbing alcohol in the bullet wound. Good Luck Youall

In order for us to help you, you need to fully cooperate with our complaint team and the casino as well.

As I can see in your complaint, the reason it was closed is because you actually didn't, so unfortunately we were not able to help you.

If you need to reopen the complaint, please do it the proper way, and I am sure that with the full cooperation from your side, we will do our best to get it solved.

I was bounced around from the casino telling me to send my information to one place. Then that place would tell me another place. So then I found you guys. Anything you guys wanted I answered back within a day. I sent, Utility and my bank statement. Next thing I know I get a message from you guys saying I was not complying and closed my case. I replied again that I had complied with all that was asked. So then I was fired. The casino has been nothing short of honest. That's why I asked for your help. So at this point I'm trying to chalk it up to another life lesson.

I haven't had contact since the last place said all they needed was an utility bill. I've sent that twice. So I feel like it's like a loop to where it's back to the beginning. Unfortunately I more or less have given up. I was hoping last time you guys helped I felt like I wasn't being heard. I presented my bank statement through you. I had nothing else I could send. But then I was told I wasn't complying and you shut the case. If you open back up my case you will see I've sent everything I have.

May I ask if the casino told you that you can withdraw your winnings only by using Litecoin, perhaps?

Or what is the reason for your question, if I may?

As you can see here, they have many payment options. The only currency though is USD, as I can see there, so I'm not sure if that will be a problem for you.

Also, to gather more information, it is always good if you go through user reviews, for example. Here you can see that in this case the user rating is bad, so maybe it will really be worth reading why.

Hi, so I see that the problem could be in the verification. The casino has asked you several times for the same document right? When you send it to them, do they reject it or is the document still there as pending? Unless you pass the verification successfully you probably won't be able to withdraw, so I would focus mainly on what you send to the casino. 

However, if it's just there and the casino hasn't commented on it and just keeps asking you the same thing, I don't really understand.

However, you did the right thing by filing a complaint and our team will look into it. I also thought that you have a complaint with Lucky casino but you are writing and talking about Lucky legends casino. There are two different ones, so could you please clarify to Nick again in the complaint which one it is so he can correct it if necessary?
