No dia 24 de junho solicito o saque, no dia 25 me pedem verificação com documentos e no dia 26 recebo o e-mail informando que está tudo verificado. Alterei o status do saque de "pendente" para "em andamento" e após 2 dias recebi um e-mail informando que o saque falhou. A partir daí faço mais 4 saques que ficam "pendentes" há 2 dias e depois dizem que falhou sem dar nenhuma explicação. Agora tentei depositar para ver se desbloquearia a situação e não parece que deixaram a conta comigo sem poder fazer nada nem sacar ou depositar. E no atendimento ao cliente apenas dizem que repassam para o departamento correspondente, mas nunca entram em contato com você desse departamento. Experiência muito ruim e me faz pensar que nunca conseguirei o dinheiro.
