I told them to block the account months ago due to a gambling habit they said they cannot do anything and ignored me then I lost another £6500 in an hour months later hence my case against them they have only mentioned one transaction of the five the lowest one and declined it they work with the sites as they have Revolut as a payment option its not right at all I sent the email details of me reporting the habit to them to the FOS and copied in their complaints still no reply.

Anyone know something about Bitcan sp z o o and Kryptonim sp z oo? Please help me, these are bank transfers btw not cc.

Larsieboii

Bank transfers cannot be refunded with chargebacks. The only one that can issue you a refund in this case is the casino itself.

Thats why I recommend to use a debit/credit card to have the chargeback option available.

Unfortunately I think this case is way more complex than what most people here have and therefore not a good basis for getting a positive decision

It isn't me with Payop but I am aware of them from another person. They have had to request SARs and things from them - don't think they are easy to track down. Look like they are some Ukrainian company but claim to be registered in Canada and the US. PayOp are a payment processor. Look what they say on their website btw.

They know they are dodgy so have put a post up to try and deter people lol!

CryptoG82

The directors etc are all eastern Europeans it is more likely they own the sites as well so I do not think there is any chance with them to be honest !

Nobody knows KTM (Poland) and Playwithme(UK)?

Is there some merchant lookup?

Hi! Zyph, skinsonly, ORB, ewawe. Anyone with contact info to them? Ownrwallet i got a refund from. (bitsent, goriwire, qucikbit, fomiline, openblocks.eu) i guess is the same shit they dont even reply. Canapay would have been my Dream to get a refund from but the is also not reply.

issue with Mystake casino from a player in the UK

Guys, im trying to claim back from my bank and they rejected it. A lawyer I know states as im in the uk, I should go after WLPay/ Noda, as they are FCA registered and in the UK, so why are they allowing people on GamStop to play and lose so much? I know it’s my fault and I’m playing the victim lol but I’m trouble cos of my habits.. and no one will help me because I gambled it all irresponsibly
