May I know what has caused the disappointment you've found in well-rated casinos?

If there is something serious, please submit a complaint about it. We seek honest feedback, preferably proven through complaints.

Just imagine how many players come here on the forum to share disastrous stories. They are almost accusing us of promoting casinos, yet if you ask to provide shreds of evidence or just ask to explain what was so wrong, you get literally nothing.

We are not protecting casinos, but we just can't change ratings solely based on user reviews or forum posts.

I just wanted to make this clear. Sorry for stepping in. 🙂

São de vários casinos que joguei, logo não tenho uma reclamação específica a fazer, mas nenhum foi bom.

Desastre em todos eles, as slots não correspondem a realidade, o jogador deposita aposta e perde consecutivamente, eu diria golpe, vejamos esses casinos investem na publicidade e depois dão o golpe, já sabemos que os casinos sempre ganham mas neste caso eles roubam

Tem uma diferença entre faturar e roubar, não vou sitar aqui outro site semelhante ao vosso mas posso dizer que os casinos que sigo das avaliações deles eu me dei bem na maioria dos casinos que joguei,

Gosto muito do fórum do casino guru mas as suas avaliações aos casinos para mim são uma desilusão.

Também aos ganhos concerteza,

Ninguém perde sempre nem ninguém ganha sempre,

Mas esses casinos avaliados pelo guru, é sempre a perder,

Esses casinos esquecem-se que os jogadores conhecem as slots conhecem seus rtps etc

E pensam que nos atiram terra para os olhos com as desculpas dos fornecedores e que eles nada fazem,

Sabemos que é mentira 😉

Hmm, I get one side of what you're saying, but if you feel like you're going to lose in most casinos, no matter how they're rated, it would probably be a good idea to take a break. 

As for some reviews, just because some players have a good experience doesn't mean that all players will have a good experience. Unfortunately that is the case and we try to evaluate casinos objectively. 

So if you feel that any casino that is highly rated is not good for you, you probably don't need to choose another one and stick to the ones that haven't let you down yet. What do you say? 🙂

Eu não disse que achava que ía perder em todos os casinos,

Eu perdi em todos os casinos avaliados pelo guru casino,

Tirando um ou dois de mais 20 que joguei.

Contudo a sugestão de fazer uma pausa ja está em curso, passei tempo de mais jogando slots, com ganhos e perdas mas o mais importante foi as horas que passei jogando, no meu ver tudo que é de mais é um erro.

Mas não deixarei de vir ao fórum ver as opiniões e dar a minha opinião etc

Um dia gostava de descobrir como funciona de verdade um casino online em termos de slots, até lá terei sempre a mesma dúvida e que ninguém poderá me esclarecer, pois seria como uma bomba no mundo dos casinos online 😉

Also, defining a win is a tricky part.

O ser tratado de forma justa implica também o rtp real das slots.

Isso tem que ser avaliado.

Não é só a licença o chat ao vivo etc.

Não muito mais a dizer, porque cada um tem a sua opinião.

Assim como eu tenha a minha experiência de jogo e sei do que falo.

Não quero de forma alguma acusar o guru casino ou alguém em especial.

If you mean that we promote casinos, I rather think that we give information about them, which is quite a difference. 

However, as far as the casino's answer is concerned, I am curious because I have seen your complaint and therefore Joseph will deal with it further. He will contact the casino and so we will wait to see how it all develops and whether they will respond. Let's be patient for a while. I hope that everything will be resolved.
