Hi I believe these new non gamestop companies should be banned. They offer no protection for problem players and I believe some of them to be a scam. They have found a way to let people gamble who shouldn't be gambling. They abide by no laws and you are not protected. If they don't want to pay winnings they simply don't.
I feel gambling is a serious problem and these sites shouldn't be available.

These casinos do not have a UK license and should be avoided by players from your country. I believe if a player reaches out stating a problem and you advertise responsible gaming the account should be excluded. Unfortunately this isn't always the case they seem to ignore your requests. Why ? Can only be financial gain Unfortunately.
But again agreed not all are in this category but I've seen it with a few of these now.
I also can't help but feel the advertising of "non gamestop" is reaching out to players who may have a problem, players who have made that big step to realise their problem and contact gamestop.

Oi Jonny, vou te responder, acabei de abrir uma reclamação ontem porque estou em tratamento com psicólogo desde novembro de 2023 por vício em jogos de azar, arrisquei seriamente perder minha casa, fui parar na Justiça, fui ajudado pelos meus pais que, ao pagar, cancelou a pena, caso contrário eu teria me encontrado com minha namorada e meus 3 gatos fora de casa sem onde ficar, ativei a autoexclusão dos cassinos para sempre, mas de 10 a 18 de julho de 2024 recuei entrei através de um cassino que ainda me permitia jogar, depois de meses sem fazê-lo, perdi tudo de novo, me inscrevi no cassino em 2022 com o mesmo e-mail e verifiquei com o mesmo número de telefone usado para autoexclusão nacional (o casino tem a possibilidade de operar no meu país por isso parece-me incrível que ele não tenha sido excluído lá também visto que tinham os dados de email e telefone, infelizmente não me lembro se tinha feito o KYC completo naquele ano ), havia solicitado via mensagem privada e autoexclusão via chat ao vivo logo após o primeiro despejo recebido, pois o cassino não possui função própria de autoexclusão, infelizmente não fui ouvido, encontrei a porta aberta há alguns dias atrás e caí nessa de novo, agora não consigo pagar o aluguel e já estou com 10 dias de atraso, aumentei as consultas com minha psicóloga mas me sinto acuada, cheia de vergonha, continuo convivendo com ansiedade no estômago e o medo de ter que reviver tudo. Não vivo mais bem, o vício do jogo não é levado a sério e agora eu (como muitas outras pessoas que provavelmente têm medo de procurar ajuda) corro o risco de perder tudo de novo e não sei como sair dessa.

It's easy to say just avoid them but it's not that easy for a problem gambler.
When you check reviews on other platforms they mostly give them a thumbs up but will not mention the dark side.
They all advertise responsible gaming and state 24/7 support but unfortunately don't truly support this.
I strongly believe they should all have a duty of care of their players.

It's easy to say but I try thinking before a bet or deposit, am I going to win? Have I won in the past? Before depositing a sum or feeling the need to gamble put that sum in a separate savings account and see what you have after a year. You'd have that financial fulfillment that's worth more than any bet.

It should really be taken very seriously when it comes to responsible gaming, and every casino should immediately act whenever a player asks for the closure of the account due to their gambling addiction.
