This casino was such a disappointment. I deposited the required amount in my currency to receive the first welcome bonus: 100% bonus match, and 150 free spins, which were to be given at 50/day for 3 days. On the second day, instead of being welcomed into the casino with those 50 free spins, I see that they have cancelled my bonus, stating that I have lost the bonus, therefore the campaign is over. I go to the chat, and show them a screenshot of the promo I took, and the agent says that the amount of free spins is dependent of how much you deposit (I did not see this "rule" anywhere in the Terms & Conditions). This infuriates me. How do these casinos remain online, when they are obviously crooks? They really do need to manage these casinos better, I mean, if anyone can just make up rules as they go, where do I sign up to run my own casino for god sakes.

Oh VBET... how I miss this casino... ever since this iGaming thing, many casinos have shunned Ontario players, which still baffles me - how one tiny province can overrule many COUNTRIES with their "stiff rules"... seems so odd. Anyway back to ADORING this casino. OH how I miss playing here, this was by far my GO-TO casino; it has it all: sportsbetting, live casino games, slots and more slots, and its own games as well.. there were contests and many of them - making interacting with this casino truly an awesome experience! The agents were SOOO good here - guys, I cannot stress this enough - it almost felt like they were family after a few months of having the pleasure of playing here. There has not yet been another casino that can compare to this one for me, I loved everything about this place: even the deposits/withdrawals were above standard - the bonus spins, you name it this casino was surely a ROCK star in my opinion - it has been awhile since I could play here, and they really should know of their excellence so I am posting this review despite not having been on that site in a long time. Now that says something, doesn't it?

Despise this casino. had over 2000, tried to withdraw, and they confiscated it saying I had bet over the limit. Book of Cats is set at $8.00 and I accidentally played that amount - WHAT game is set at $8.00. Jesus.

One of the most disappointing casinos! This casino has it all, and I was a HUGE fan of this casino - up until I deposited with a deposit bonus, which was a killer deal: it was an exclusive bonus, with a high bet: 25 free spins on Lucky Lady Moon worth 0.80 cents/bet. I took this deal, for $15 CAD. When I take free spins, I usually play out my money first, then go to the spins... so I did that and when I got there, I noticed that my spins were not what the promo said they were. I went to the "chat" and the live agent seemed unconcerned that the bonus I got and the bonus I took were two different bonuses. I showed him a screen shot of the bonus that I clearly had taken, and still - completely unconcerned - which was VERY concerning for me at this point, as I had always thought of MIRAX as a trustworthy online casino, and when this kind of thing happens, you cannot help but to feel that you are being 'scammed' in some way - especially knowing that agents do have some ability to change spins when it comes to bonuses, as not every player can play every game offered and sometimes one does require that their spins are changed to a different game, etc... so my request to have the agent review my bonus did not seem like a big deal. It was HOW this agent responded to this that made it a very big deal, in my opinion. This agent was by far the most unprofessional agent I have ever dealt with. He offered to switch the spins for me after a LENGTHY debate which again I thought was concerning, as normally it's just a simple correction but not this time. The agent said he would remove the spins I had on my account and see if he could apply new spins (they were not worth 0.80 cents as promised in the promo)... so the spins I had were removed.
The agent then stopped answering my chat. There were no other spins to replace the ones he had removed, and this was infuriating at the time - I had spent TOO long already on the chat "debating" with this agent about my OBVIOUS problem, only to have THIS happen. I ended up writing the complaints and guess what? NOT a WORD from MIRAX casino since. So, beware folks - even the "good rated" casinos can surprise you like this. I am still awaiting a response from them. It is over 3 months.

This casino will not cash you out. PERIOD. They stalled and stalled and stalled some more. Rejecting documents that EVERY other casino seems to find acceptable. DO NOT DEPOSIT HERE, it won't end well. I played my winnings out, told them off, and closed that account they shouldn't even be allowed to be open.

Well, how do I put this. I won and made a withdrawal. The withdrawal was kicked back, I sent in what they needed, and the agent I was working with confirmed everything was a go. Four days later, nothing. I went back into the casino, and contacted a live agent, who passed me to another agent, and then another pass, and yet again one more pass - by this time, I wasn't in a good mood.
Fourth agent says I seem to want this withdrawal urgently, I said that was not the issue, the issue is it's been 4 days and I haven't gotten a confirmation on this withdrawal via email which always happens before the funds are e-transfered to the bank account, and at this point, I had waited over the weekend, plus the three days, which felt like eternity of course.
The agent then told me that my words had "raised a flag", and that they would be closing my account immediately. The blood drained from my face, of course, as I realized that they were literally closing me out and I had a pending withdrawal, which seemed to go through just fine with the agent that helped with it days earlier... Could this be happening??? Needless to say, I was somewhat in shock - I was getting a vibe that they were grasping at anything to NOT release my money, and their reason was absurd. Apparently, because I had asked why my funds weren't processed yet and that perhaps one could USE the money sooner than later and that this was taking far too long considering the agent that helped me with the withdrawal seemed to have no issues, was congratulating me and so on... at this point, I was FURIOUS. I asked for a manager to contact me, asap. And that I would be more than happy to close the account AFTER my withdrawal was done. The agent agreed that that was what would happen. And that I would get my funds.
Two days later, I get a phone call from "the manager". This person, later in the conversation and AFTER telling me she was a manager, accidentally admitted she was not in fact a manager. WHAT THE HECK! She spoke very rudely, she was condescending and if I may add not overly well-spoken. She was VERY combative, and frankly had no idea what she was talking about, I could tell as I listened to this person babble on about things that had nothing to do with this situation. She then told me that I would NOT be receiving my funds. My blood, at this point, was BOILING OVER. I had not done anything extreme, or wasn't being difficult - Plain and simple, I was being gaslighted by the casino. It seemed (to me) that they simply didn't want to part with their $800.
I asked for her name and employee ID, and said I was going to contact the iGaming commission about this as there was absolutely NO reason to go to these lengths, etc... In the end, and after speaking to many other agents/managers/who knows what they were, I did get my funds, but, I happily closed the account after only 1 time having played there.
It was a terrible experience. It clearly seemed that Bally Bet was eluding that I had "problem", due to saying "don't you think a person could USE the money sooner than later, I know I certainly can" (I believe those were my actual words) - I reminded them that if you look, I have made one deposit and only ONE, and it was for $20. I had been lucky enough to win, and never go back. Beware folks, this casino definitely had a sketchy vibe. I am grateful for the win, but the stress, the impersonation of being a manager, the unfair treatment and lies... I'll pass.

Well, I got some free spins and ended up winning from these spins. This being said, I am only allowed to withdraw 10x my last deposit as per their terms. So I did that, and I am being told that this can take up to 21 days. 21 DAYS?????? IN BITCOIN????? HOW IS THAT POSSIBLE????
I am now on day 3, waiting for a small win ($200 CAD) and I have to ask, aren't there regulations to these things? If someone opens an online casino, do they not have to abide by SOME kind of rules? This seems absurd, 21 days for my withdrawal. I will update in another 18 days, I guess...

UPDATE, March 26th: absolutely NO sign of a withdrawal happening. I have visited the site with a cheery attitude and asked for updates, the agents put out the same information (which is a NON answer).. basically wait 7 to 21 days weekends don't count. So... I continue to wait.

Update: April 3rd
I got in contact with the casino and asked them to reverse my withdrawal, and once that was done to close my account.
Came to realize plain and simple that if I had to wait like this for every withdrawal I don't want to play here or to deposit here.
So. That's the end of my withdrawal story. There isn't one and I HIGHLY RECOMMEND NOT DEPOSITING HERE!

Hmmm... well, hate to say it but this casino is just - blah. I took the Welcome bonus (100% match bonus + 100 Free spins) and the spins were nowhere to be found. Upon contacting chat, the agents don't know their promos - had to copy and paste for them to see it.... and frankly I didn't win squat. Not even a little win.
