now they are showing them true scam face .they are blocking the live chat and do not replay to emails.i found out they added a checkmark at the verification page to confuse players were if you upload a picture at the support page no checkmark needed just upload .what a thieves.for 2 days they block my withdrawals 5600€ for so called verification but they take 900€ deposits when acount should be closed and with out verification.this casino is fredh here and should be on the blacklist.and one morr thing they flagg the real reviuws on trust pilot to keep the 5 stars wich all are breibed and rewarded with bonuses

I think you are far too close to making things up. How could you say all good Trust Pilot reviews are not honest? How can you prove the casino made up a check mark to confuse you or use it to its advantage? Those are just your opinions. I have known you for quite some time to be able to say that you pathologically need to create a steer.

Sadly, your posts are missing a point or a certainty. They have no value for the community; you are just making the show again.

I had my account closed for gambling addiction and clearly mentioned in chat & official email. After they tried to give some promotion and I said my account is closed, they kept me on chat and checked my account then reopened again. I have all screenshots and dates. I have lost 😞 to many deposits.

My internet speed is good, only DelOro casino site is slow, because they r cheapest casino, cant buy good servers.


Support doesnt read what I type to them, you can clearly see it in the response, that they do bad job at reading and understanding. It feels like talking to a wall with them. 

Also they lied to me saying that there casino is over 10 years old in chat, they lunched there site in July 2023. So they also lie to you.


For each country they have set limits on games that you can play, in the end it only like 1000 games at best, not 3000 what they claim. Again they lie.


There are way more generous casinos out there than what they will offer you guys, this casino is the cheapest that I have ever seen in over 10 years I have played online casino.


I closed my account, but they still bombard you with messages afterward and still has no shame offering me cheap deals.

I have been following them for many months since they were on maintenence, and when they started operating, I was happy to play.

Customer service was very polite and resolved all my problems instantly, deposits and withdrawal was very smooth and easy..

But when I started winning, everything changed. They limited my account and blocked me from making withdrawal.

Even the sweet customer service now refer me to the support email for complaint. The customer support email never responded to my mails. They blocked me from the live chat, I can only chat them with VPN.

I understand that many bookies don't want bettors with winning strategy, but stealing my money is not part of the deal. If you don't want me, pay me and block me.

I have my balance of 1,196k usdt still stuck on the site which I'm unable to withdraw.

The customer care said they are still reviewing my account, but as it stands, for more than 2 months, no mail, no reply, no message.

Seems they have decided to steal my money.

Deloro casino have now blocked my account, refusing to pay my 1,296 usdt balance.

They said I violated their rules, and made mention of Stake, Roobet and BC.game as their partners whom I have had an account with and whom also I have violated their terms..

It is funny to note that non of those 3 bookies ever blocked my account nor owed me a penny. I still maintain an active account with all of them, I'm only limited on maximum stake..

To show the length Deloro would go to steal your money, they turned the table around stating that I'm the one owing them instead..

The most important thing to address is that you made total deposits of $2099 and you withdrew $2456, so at the end of the day you ended up winning $357 unlawfully and against the terms of use of our Sportsbook.

You made mention of 3 reputable companies.. Unfortunately your casino does not come close to any of them.

Limitation of account is normal for soft bookies when a customer is winning no matter the strategy, but blocking accounts and stealing the money in it, is something a SCAM bookie would do..

In this case, you fall into the category of the scam bookies.

It will interest you to know that non of those bookies you mentioned every blocked nor stole my money, so what's your point??

As I mentioned, non of those bookies you used as reference have ever blocked me or stolen my money.. I still have a very active account in them.. So why do you use them as reference yet unlike them, you stole my money.. You are an simply a scam..

1xbet have reputation as the worst bookie for winners, but they can never steal a customer's fund. They must allow the player to withdraw their balance before blocking them.


You should be disappointed with your platform for making room for the so called shifting lines. You can't blame a customer for that.


You cannot also prove that there was any form of arbitrage. All that is in the ticket is a single winning bet.


I provided some of my recent bets, kindly provide the evidence of the so called arbitrage or shifting lines..
