Mystake must present evidence to respond to the complaint otherwise the CEG should agree with you.

Tutte le parti coinvolte (te, il casinò e l'ente regolatore) comunicheranno tra di loro rispondendo a tutti a questa mail che hai ricevuto. Quindi quando dovrai rispondere te accertati di inviare la mail rispondendo a entrambi gli indirizzi email presenti nel reclamo aperto quindi sia di CEG che di Mystake.

Mystake deve presentare delle prove per rispondere al reclamo altrimenti la CEG dovrebbe dare ragione a te.
