Péssima experiência com este Casino. Depositei o meu dinheiro por Skrill e verifiquei toda a minha conta. Joguei normalmente e quando vou para levantar não me pagam o meu dinheiro. Primeiro tive de pedir levantamento por cripto porque eles não me oferecem Skrill como método de levantamento, apenas de depósito ( primeira vez que isto me acontece num Casino). Depois apesar de dizerem que demoram 3 dias a processar os levantamentos, esperei 4 dias com o levantamento pendente até que decidiram cancelar .. falo com o gestor VIP que me manda fazer novo pedido .. já fiz mais 5 pedidos de levantamento e são todos cancelados após 2 minutos… Agora a desculpa é que estão com problemas no provedor de pagamento de cripto… não coloquem aqui o vosso dinheiro senão depois não o vão conseguir levantar .!

I carefully reviewed the details of Lamabet through CasinoGuru before playing and I made a big mistake. Mine is a cautionary tale but I feel obligated to my community members to share my experience.
Registration was easy and I was even assigned a VIP Manager, Jimmy, but the issues that I would encounter just started. To verify my ID and my first deposit through Interac, many of the documents were rejected and Jimmy apparently was able to convince the security department to accept.
I played and lost, made a few deposits using ApplePay and won $15k. That is where the nightmare began. The proof of ApplePay, even though I provided screenshots of the transaction from my iPhone, credit card transaction from Keygo clearing showing my name, transactions, dates, were not approved. I evened provided a screenshot of my ApplePay device number with my billing details and credit card but still not accepted. I advised them that I would file a complaint with CasinoGuru because of their actions and surprise, Jimmy convinced the security department to accept.
That happiness did not last long as all the withdrawals were canceled immediately. I was told that there was a 3X play through on deposits and $1k Euro daily withdraw limit. No problem, I met all the requirements and made the withdrawal request again abiding by the limits.
The withdrawal remained in pending for a few days and I had made additional withdrawal requests within the limit which were canceled. Jimmy said that I could not request any further withdrawals until my initial $1k was processed. Given that their limits are $1k daily, $3k weekly, the process would likely take months to fulfill.
I even questioned why withdrawals remained pending for so long and Jimmy stated that they needed to check with the vendor to ensure that the win was legitimate and that I had not manipulated the game.
Nevertheless, this stressful situation led to me continuing to play and losing all the money back. Even when I had asked to close my account due to this very poor experience, they did not honor my request and offered bonus after bonus in hopes that I would stay. My loss should be be a warning to my CasinoGuru comity members to chose wisely, perhaps at a casino that puts the player first.

I find it frustrating to go through the process of reading reviews, terms and conditions, decide to sign up and give things a try, only to find out not only do they not have Interac available, but they currently don't deal in any currency other than EUROs. I had to provide screenshots showing no payment method available for me at all before chat eventually asked me to change my currency from CAD to EURO, which I declined and closed the account.
