I would choose an ethical casino instead. This casino misleads you just so you keep depositing and will tell you whatever you want to hear to get more money.

I would not beleive one positive review about this casino.
I know how gambling works. I know the odds and we all know that the house almost always wins in the long term. I also know how RTP works. Deposited 300$. When I told chat service to close my account, and that the RTP less than 8% is criminal, Chat service starts sending me all these screen shots and conversations they claim they had with clients showing all these big wins. I had to ask to close my account 14 times. I honestly dont care about the 300$, it's that these kind of online casinos continue to exist that is appaling.

This casino could have been one of the greats. The platform is clean and the games are not glitchy. The providers are limited for Canadians.
The biggest issue is the payout. I have won a considerable amount of money here and still have 16,000 CAD in my account, and they pay out at snail's speed. No matter what their T & C says, there is no way you could withdraw more than 1000$ per week. They keep your withdrawal request pending for 3 to 4 days, and while it's pending, you cannot withdraw any more money. This is a huge negative, and they dont care about improving. I have requested a larger amount and they said they will not grant me a larger amount unless the finance department decides to. Absurdity and total disrespect of their players. They act as though I am lucky to have received 6000$ from them so far. This is money I won and money owed. The 1000$ per week is not acceptable and they should be forced to modify and correct their T & C as if more players know they cannot collect more than 1000$ per week, they will play elsewhere. Also, they claim it's 1000$ for a 24 hour period. It is a complete lie. They hold your money in "pending" for 3 days so it's not 1000$ per 24 hour period. It's 1000$ oer 72 to 96 hour period.
