Dear Radka,

The casino now have a 2.3/10 reputation even though there are alot of open and unresolved complaints.

For the past 2months my case have not been solved.

It got me wondering how they grew from 0.1/10 to 2.3/10 despite thier poor operations.file

I submitted a complaint too, but there was no response from the casino and the case was closed as unresolved,"No passive regulatory" until date nothing from them, I think the casino deserves to be closed or have a reputation less than 0.1/10.

I was only wondering how its reputation grew eventhough the comment "very bad reputation" is still there but from 0.1-2.3 is something to be checked, if that our cases were resolved to our satisfaction then they won't be any dispute.


I even contacted curacao over 2 weeks ago yet there's no response from them!

Dear Deenah,

I discussed the rating with our data team leader because I wanted to be sure what is happening and I believe that what I found is quite a surprise.

It seems that the casino truly wants to improve its reputation, the best way how to do that is to cooperate with us on unresolved complaints - and this is actually happening, so the rating was improved.

As far as I'm informed the casino has started cooperation with us regarding the oldest unresolved - ignored complaints, and they intend to carry on till the fresh ones are reviewed. 🙂

I hope so,on my complaint, the only response they gave is that this case is been discussed privately.

Adrej have not been responsive for a while now.

Why can't the casino just give a clear explanation and be done with it?

I went through other complaints aswell, all they say is "this complaint is been discussed privately"

I guess that this is what Andrej try to achieve now. Getting some plain explanation, evidence, and so on, so the team can review it all at once.

I can imagine how annoying it is at the moment, please try to be positive.

You had €500k with 1win....I'm sorry they won't give it to you, I don't think 1win casino can afford such money.🤣

I can see the casino is reopening and turning unresponsive to your complaint, I think they want you to stop responding to the case so that the case can be rejected and then they end up not having so much black points.

Maybe you might be lucky they give you a 100k or a 50k, but I don't think 1win will pay you that 500k,

besides they're cheap scammers, they took away my little $130😂😂

If they can take away $130 comparing to your €500k,I don't think they will do justice to your case!🤔

Hello Radka,

I can see that the casino is succeeding in manipulating the guru's....its rate(reputation)keeps increasing, its now having a 4.1/10.

Meanwhile I'm having a complaint for over 3 months with them yet they couldn't get it resolved.

I'm aware of their manipulative moves...

....they went under the unresolved cases,they tried to figured out very old complaints which they know the players ain't active and claim they've gotten a prove for the allegations, meanwhile they know too well that the player will not respond and then the casino representatives will be forced to close the case with Verdict saying player stopped responding!

What a crook behaviour it is!

For 3months they've been unable to say something about my complaint, they kept postponing!

I just have to say this, there is a terrible casino to play at 1win casino the website is "1win.pro" these casino is a fraudulent casino,they don't verify you when you ask for verification...sometimes for a while after few withdrawals and you've funds in the casino they will freeze your account and ask for your documents for verification and when you provide them with it,next thing they do is block your account with your deposits in it, and qoute some stupid 9.7 clause,stating that you've violated the rule!

Yesterday I contacted "Antillephone N.V" license and complaint.

They sent a message to 1win while tagging me in the message, they told them I claimed innocence but the casino accused me rule 9.7.

The casino has not replied yet!

I am in a serious mess, @Natalia believes that I am Hafsat, basically i laid a complaint with the authorities, noticing that the casino hardly responses to the gurus, not knowing that the casino will change its approach.

Moments after sending my complaint, I got the below response from the authorities, tagging me and two others and they stated that "three peas in a pot....all 3 claiming to be innocent.....All 3 rule 9.7"

I think that the authority decided to make it combine for the resolution to be swift but the casino is using it as an advantage to manipulate things.


Dear Radka please understand that I'm not Hafsat or Deenah, we are 3 different persons, I'm a Male while they're females,I believe everyone should provide his or her I.D cards with bank statements for clarity.

The casino only wants to mixed up things, we all have different complaints and different profiles.

Please dear, I need your insight on this issue🥺🙏

No no, common we are different people, I have my documents, I can use it for verification, the casino guru together with 1win representatives can organize a conference video call, so we can all be present in order to clarify everything!


I got thesame mail as yours, which simply means they're referring to the 3 of us!

Hi, I was just looking at the complaint you submitted on CasinoGuru. It's a pity that you didn't provide these documents to the casino when they asked for it 2 months ago. That only makes the whole situation more complicated. Based on the screenshot above, I'm afraid the licensing authority isn't willing to help you at this moment.

Even though I wasn't involved in your complaint case, I'm just reading the e-mail you received from the licensing authority and I'm quite shocked. It's clear that the licensing authority is on the casino's side in this case, they shouldn't treat you this way and they should definitely be more polite. This behaviour is very unprofessional.

I never knew it will get this complex, I didn't regard the response as a help, so I decided to hear more feedbacks before I could tell Natalia about the responses in details, but I remembered telling her that I've contacted the authorities.

Can you please help me contact Natalia to review the whole situation in details and I will provide all information, I have to my knowledge.

I really need you guys's help.

I really sympathise with you, since we are all in thesame pot, borrowing the authorities language, 

I hope that my case will not result as yours on the guru's site, I also contacted the authorities aswell, and I got thesame response, what came to my mind was that, since we three are Nigerians, they decided to report the issue to the casino.

the authorities asked me to state in particular what rule was I been accused of.

Allow me to say it is unprofessional to tag 3 complaints to the casino, they were supposed to report or consult the casino individually for each case!


I believe The authority is with the casino and are not willing to help me!

Daniel it really pained me that Natalia closed my complaint without asking me if truly I had multiple accounts with the casino, I doubt if the casino showed her the screenshot of the response!

I love this site so darely, I never expected to be treated this way.

You guys have a polite way of response!
