O banco é o Revolut, meus pagamentos são dois feitos via cartão de débito e app e o outro aparece como transferência bancária mas não fiz... Não sei como fizeram mas transformaram um pagamento do app com cartão em transferência bancária. Porém o banco Revolut diz que não pode prosseguir com chargebacks

Hey, I bank with Barclays. Sorry I'm a little confused on this. Was it a credit card you used? Iv never received temporary refunds but think you do on credit cards. So when you got the refunds, did it state the merchants name or the chargeback code? I don't know if banks are different but would think if it is the merchants name, it would of been directly from the merchant so that would mean they've refunded you. Are they debit card payments & not bank transfers? X

Oh right ok. That is really strange how they all do different. So usually the bank will agree to contact the merchant for a chargeback. Once the merchant has been contacted, they have 30 days to respond, then the bank can show you evidence & if you don't agree with it, the bank can take it to pre arbitration.

All thr payments say refunds. I phoned the bank today and they said its the merchant responding.

They've also said that they've cancelled all my chargebacks so I'm thinking tbese refunds came because they said as part of the chargeback process they have contacted the merchants bank and said and the merchant has said its showing as transfer not a direct payment (which I didn't do transfers I paid with My card) all the same sites your all listing, velobet goldenbet donbet etc etc. Someone at the bank said I should raise it as a scam which I'm going to do tomorrow. They don't want to know re wrong mcc codes it seems even tho ti's a valid chargebzck reason as part of Mastercard. I feel stuck

I'm not sure. I've had agreed refunds by email from vipzino, kinghills and memo casino. I think I've received memos although I'm not sure as like u I expect I've made hundreds of small transactions to load of these casinos over a period of 8 weeks so I'm not sure which payments relate to which company etc as I closed all my accounts.
