Unless you can afford to throw your money away, I’d strongly recommend staying clear of this casino, which I believe operates as a rogue site. First, I’ve had constant issues with games freezing or saying "not connected to server," which kills the vibe completely. On top of that, my balance randomly dropped to $0 a couple of times, and I was booted from the game. Reloading the site eventually fixed it, but this shouldn't even be happening.

The biggest headache was the withdrawal process. While depositing via Interac was simple, withdrawing was a different story. The only option offered was an Interac e-transfer, with a ridiculous minimum withdrawal of $155. Customer service informed me the minimum for crypto is $30, but for bank transfers (which they insisted Interac was), it’s $155. I tried explaining Interac isn’t a traditional bank transfer, but it was like talking to a wall.

The casino welcome bonus was decent and sign up was a breeze, but it went downhill quickly after that. When trying to play games by certain providers I would get a "code 101" pop up that would not give me access to the slot, I followed the customer supports advice and deleted cache, changed browsers, changed devices and tried a different network, but nothing fixed the problem, so I then had to find other providers that had games I enjoyed, but once again there were issues, after about 5 spins into the game the game would freeze, and a pop up would come on saying waiting to connect, this went on for quite awhile and customer service just stopped replying to my requests for assistance. And just to make things a little more clear, the original problem with pop up "code 101" wasnt because I was in a restricted area and could not access the provider. Relax gaming is not restricted in my area. I tried playing habanero which is restricted in my area, and got a completely different pop up conirming that it was because of my location I couldnt play habanero. And for the slots that kept freezing "Play'n Go", I ran a speed test on my network that had me at 100 mbps, that should be more then enough to play the slots with out any connection issues.
There seemed to be issue after issue without much help or concern from customer service, and I felt like it was a giant waste of the $50 I deposited, at no time did I actually get any enjoyment from playing here.

The welcome bonus I received via casino guru was 125% with 150 spins, but you can't use the spins until after you have finished the wagering requirement from the 125% bonus, otherwise you have to cancel the 125% bonus to get the 150 spins, the 150 spins are then given out in sets of 30 spins over 5 days. And with your winnings from the free spins you can only play certain games with many providers unavailable with active bonus. And on top of that you need complete the wagering requirement from the winnings of the free spins before you can play with the winnings.
The casino didn't have several of the providers listed by casino guru(Habanero and Play'n go) were the most noticable. I wouldn't have joined had I of known these providers were not there.

Constant problems with the slots, they would lag, then I would be booted out of the slot and casino because "Couldn't connect with server" or "The game is experiencing a delay" I would then have to wait 5 minutes before I could log back in. And it was not because of my connection, I was connected at 700 mbps. This went on for hours, customer service wasn't able to help me, all they could say is that they were having known issues with Pragmatic games, I explained to them that it was more than just Pragmatic, that I was having the same issues with Microgaming and Play'n go. All they could do is create a "ticket" for there tech dept to look into. That was a week ago, nobody has reached out to me and inform me that the problem is fixed, i've messaged there customer service and all they tell me is to keep waiting. I asked for some credit to make up for the money that was wasted by this issue, which they declined. During the sign up process the website wouldn't allow my phone number for some reason, and you cant create an account without a phone number, so I had to chat with customer service and have them open the account for me.
